Independence Laundry, Pompano Beach FL

CLEAN, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, FRIENDLY. Did I mention CLEAN. Anytime that I I'm at Clean Street laundry it is a wonderful experience. The manager Katie is always a sweetheart. She expresses great customer service. She is a true example of what it takes to be good management. The washers and dryers here keep your clothes clean fresh and dry. I highly recommend to anyone.

I arrived a little before 9,8: 55 possibly with a small load to wash. I was refused by the attendant. The attendant said last wash is at 9 and that she is cleaning so that she can close at 10pm but the hours state that they close at 11. Nope never been here before and I will not attempt to visit either. Thank you for the service

All supplies are available to buy of coarse alittle higher, but very clean.

I have been coming here since the beginning of April, just moved across the street. All the employees that I've seen are very rude and disrespectful. The one gal that's there during the day is always on her phone in and out of the room behind the desk. She always speaks in a confrontational manor and
never seams happy! If you don't want to listen to multiple tv's (very loud) with POLITICAL news on, bring your ear buds! I'm done being subjected to any negative nonsense and I will be taking my business elsewhere! I really hope as an owner, you will look into this matter! Thanks

I like to go to Independent laundry because the manager there is great. She likes to help customer when they comes in and so far she has a good attitude about herself. She is a business wise. I hope owners appreciate having her as the manager. I will recommend friends and family to this Laundrymat is very clean, and I highly upscale.

They closed 30 min. Early. I have no clean clothes tommorow. Super disappointed. They have been great until tonight

It's a good laundry it is very clean. The employees are great the manager is awesome. I could recommend this to family and friends.

Clean and neat place even abke to drop off laundry to be dine and picked up later, although I did so, I ended up missing a couple of shirts that were pricey so you have to be cateful with that but if your doing your own laundry its a clean establishment

The lady that works at this laundry establishment is very rude. It's raining outside and she says "you can't bring a wet umbrella inside cuz she doesn't want to mop the floor. " So unprofessional.

The machines do not work well, I used a large machine of 7.50 and I put a minimum of clothes to be exact 3 baby blankets and I put it to wash I charge 50c more for using hot water and I wash practically without water I complained to the girl who attends and only told me that if I use hot water he works with a minimum of water but not even
The machine had 3 gallons.in the end I wasted my time and my money here because obviously I don't wash well

The cleanliness is unmatched. I've experienced phenomenal customer service from Kadet. She feels like a part of my family. I would recommend this laundry facility to anyone I come across.

It's a good location. Washers and dryers are expensive compared to other laundromats more west on sample. And half the dryers were out of order. I used the big washer and it cost $9.50 nearly $4 more than my usual laundromat.:/
