Purchased two suits online. Went to the Aventura location for the fitting and customization. Alan was there awaiting my arrival. He was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. There was a consistent dialogue of me asking for advice/opinions on the countless customization options and he was very gracefully engaged the entire time. The whole experience felt very well put together and higher-end. Am really looking forward to receiving the tailored suit in a few weeks. If you ade on the fence about this, strongly encourage trying it out. If the suits are less than satisfsctory, I'll be sure to return and update the review. As of now, would definitely return. Very good and pleasant experience. Ordering and measuring process was so easy and comfortable. The staff was very kind and professional.

So quick and easy to get a custom suit. Everyone was so nice and so efficient. Hard finding a nice suit as a women so being able to comfortably with supportive staff is key!

Chris and Allen are experienced in satisfying your needs and wants in a suit, pants, shirt etc
They are very personable and made the hour that we were there enjoyable. I’m looking forward to getting the suit and extra slacks for my son’s wedding.

Just bought two suits from the Aventura store and I had such a great experience. I was very skeptical in coming here since I usually purchase Zegna or Isaia suits but Alex did a great job and Jamie was amazing explaining how the process worked. I had a number of questions like where does your wools come from (Alex said either Australia or New Zealand) their guarantee and other little things. What I loved was their honesty that there quality was great for the price. Jamie being a little more experienced asked some amazing questions making sure I got the best fit and Alex picked out some amazing features to make sure my suits would stand out. Again thank you for your patience with me.
