I called yesterday to book an appt for my brother. I called around 11am and everything was set up for the next day at 9am. I arrive to the office and front desk told us that our appt was yesterday at 9am when I called at 11am the previous day and the only option was to reschedule for the next week.
It was for something urgent and for a minor.

My primary care physician referred me to this place which I called about a week ago and I need Hepatitis C treatment as soon as possible because I have recently been diagnosed as HIV positive and I already have liver damage and before I caught HIV the doctors at the hospital who did the ultrasound on my liver about 4 and a half years ago said I'll live to see maybe 50 and I looked up the life expectancy of people with Hepatitis C and HIV coinfection and it said around 45-50. I've had Hep C since I was 25 and im now 29 years old and I'm sure my liver isn't as healthy as when the doctors told me I'd live to see maybe 50 when I was 25 and I'm scared that I will only live to see 35 as I've been a heavy drinker the past few years and I'm not talking about just having a few drinks every night, before I was diagnosed with HIV I have been drinking about a 12 pack a night for about the past 2 years. I'm only putting this review in in hopes that this will expedite how fast they will call me with the date of my first appointment and I will remove this review when I get the call from them with my first appointment date.

Thank you for being so warm and welcoming and really being patient and listening to all of your patients and not treating anyone differently for anything. It really goes along way you really take your job over and beyond and we greatly appreciate you.

Whoever Amanda (and Esmerelda, her apparently just-as-awful friend) is that answers the phone in there is rude, dismissive, a poor reflection on the practice, and living proof that Cs do, in fact, get degrees. I wouldn't entrust my medical health to any practice that finds her behavior towards prospective and existing patients acceptable. Think about it, if SHE'S the face of this place.what goes on behind closed doors? An alarming thing to consider. Very unhelpful, very rude, and obviously peaked in high school and can't handle the fact that this is their life now. Please get out of the medical field if you hate your patients this much.

My doctor, Dr. Patel wasn't available so Dr. Harris stepped in and saw me via Telemed. She was pleasant and gave me some good news that my shoulder had not been infected. Yeah! Great organization

Tomorrow will be one week that I have been a patient there. Everyone, and I mean everyone has been more than professional and nice to me. I would highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you

Dr. Harris had poor bedside manner and never explained any next steps for me. After being sick on and off for three months, I was hoping for some type of plan or help and received nothing of the sort. I had a lot of blood work done and never received any follow up or information regarding the blood work done. When I tried to get in contact with them over the phone after the blood work said completed, I never received an answer or call back. Just a poor overall experience and feel like my money was wasted. Wish I could have had a more positive experience and gotten the help I needed for my sickness. Would not recommend.

Dr. Harris is excellent. She actually cares about the patient. She listens and does not rush. She is extremely caring and honestly seems to be the most competent doctor I have ever met.

I absolutely love Dr Murthy. She cares about her patients and is very helpful with making sure you are comfortable with your care. The staff are all so wonderful. From scheduling. Front office, lab and nursing. They all are so helpful. They do everything to make sure you are well taken care of. I’m very grateful to everyone here. I highly recommend to whoever wants great care. Excellent staff! They helped me with my immigration exams. The staff was very kind and the pricing affordable compared to other places.

I also want to add that they have bilingual staff in case you feel more comfortable talking in Spanish than English.

Dr. Cancio is an exemplary clinician. Smart, caring, dedicated. She is a wonderful partner in my health care. Best doctor I know! She and her staff are experts in the needs of the traveler, regarding inoculations for various destinations, and for help assembling a traveling medicine chest to prepare for any unexpected illness while away from home.

Dr. Patel and her staff are friendly, professional and they answered all of my questions. They also did a great job diagnosing my illness. I am feeling much better since they started treating me.
