Infinity Watch & Jewelry Repair, Sarasota FL

We have been going to Todd for all of our Watch Repair needs for 25 years. We met him when he worked in the Sears Watch Department. We then followed him to his shop at Sarasota Square Mall outside of Costco and now to Westfield outside of Cinebistro. Todd’s honesty and integrity can not be surpassed. My daughter inherited a 14 K gold Lecoutre watch from her godfather. It suddenly stopped working and she took it to her jeweler in CT where she now lives. She was told it had to be sent away to France and would take a few months with an estimate of $1400 for repair. I had her bring it to me on her next visit. Todd was at Sarasota Square at the time. He had me go into Costco and return about an hour later. He said it just needed a simple repair, the watch “was incredibly clean” and well taken care of. The repair was complimentary. I had my daughter write a negative review about her CT jeweler and she’s never returned. A few months ago, her watch stopped working again. Todd had his repair person repair, clean seal, etc and the fee was $230. We just cannot say enough about Todd and Infinity Watch Repair and hope he remains in business for a very long time.

This guy has so much knowledge and experience with watch repair. I brought in my tag heuer because some sand and salt had gotten under the bezel. He had the tools to clean it out and returned it to me in perfect working order. And all at a reasonable price. 10/10

I would give him 10 stars if I could. If you need anything repaired or just a battery, this little repair shop next to CMX Cinebistro at Siesta Key Mall is the place to go. The prices are more than reasonable and the service is excellent. I was just there with two watches and he did a fabulous job.
