Do not do biz with this company.sent them a dodge radio and they took $399 from me then said it was going to be 599 which we paid. 2 weeks later we call on friday and they act like they don't now about my order but say it will be done and shipped monday
call monday just to double check and again they don't knw about my order.guy on phone gets a attitude and says the unit hasn't been looked at yet and tells me he doesn't like how im talking so he's processing a refund.i say fine just give me 599 back
i order another used radio and move on. 20 min later a nasty manager calls me and says the unit is fixed.i say too bad i already bought another i just want a refund
now i figure ill have to fight to get a refund

The folks at Infotainment went above and beyond expectations for me. While they certainly are not the least expensive option when it comes to vehicle upgrades they truly support the "you get what you pay for" adage.
I ran into some problems with the screen upgrade that I installed over the weekend and drove to their shop to have them troubleshoot the install after calling them Monday morning. The tech Chris was super attentive while I explained the problem and quickly assured me that he would get it figured out. Note, a part of the upgrade that I installed was not purchased from Infotainment but would need to be taken to a dealer to get programmed. Chris said it wouldn't be a problem and that he'd program it as well.
To wrap up Chris got everything working and wouldn't charge me for the 4+ hours of work.

Jeep Wrangler (2019 JLU) Paddle Shifter.
Excellent support for my European Spec 2.2L Diesel prior and after ordering. Shipping was as quick as I have ever seen for transatlantic deliveries, tracking was bang on. The instructions in the installation video are superb and allowed me to complete work without professional help in about three hours. Hint: The system on my jeep recognized the reprogramming only after sitting over night.
Highly recommendable store and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I'll start by saying that it took 3 weeks to have service done on a screen I sent in for repair. So much for the 5-8 days they say. Had I not called to see what the status was it would probably still be sitting in the receiving department. The customer service representative was super polite and helpful but that doesn't fix the workflow and estimated 5-8 days they claim. Also I never received notifications from their system even though all the info was correct. They have some improvements to be made but the end result was as promised just took a lot of checkup and phone calls.

This place is a complete disaster. Longest ordeal of my life…worst experience to date. Long wait times, they will lose your radio and be dishonest. Customer service will give you the runaround. Avoid at all costs.

Same problem as others.

I ordered parts for my Dodge Viper after I confirmed they were in stock with an employee on the chat line. After 3 days, they had not shipped them. I called to ask about local pickup as I am only 80 miles away from them. They told me they would double check they had not been shipped and call me back soon. They never did. The next day I called before driving there and they sent me a tracking number. Here we are, 7 days later and the tracking number still shows awaiting pickup. They say USPS tracking isn't working and claim USPS has the package and maybe it has just took them 7 days to go the 80 miles. Now they are completely unresponsive, forcing me to do a charge back.

Make sure you put any purchase with them through a credit card so you can do a charge back when they lie to you.

Shipping it suck’s bought an item pay for expedited shipping bought it on Sunday afternoon soo it could get shipped out Monday Tuesday the latest well no is Thursday still not shipped a label for shipping was created on the 27 two days ago and the seller hasn’t given the shipper the item shipper is still awaiting for item

First order I placed took over 2 weeks to ship out and when I received the order it was incorrect missing crucial programing.returned it with assurances that my replacement order would be shipped within 2 days. 6 days later my replacement order was shipped, only to find out that the new module was not programmed at all and was in fact Theft Locked. I wasted my time and money installing parts that were not checked by quality control. I was lied to about when parts would be shipped and given weak excuses as to why parts could not be found or shipped. Save yourself that headache and stress of depending on a business that has zero quality control and or accountability.

Update….
To the owner that just commented below. No the VIN number was not an issues because it was verified multiple times. What was the problem was the lack of accountability or acceptance for actual mistakes which you made evident in your reply. Amazingly enough Cadillac Dealer had zero issue with a vin number. Please do some inward reflection and figure out your company.

I bought a carplay for my 2019 RAM after a research I found out this website, first Nick call me and he was very attentive till send me the invoice and I pay $2000 for a product, waiting about 5 days and got none update on my order then trying to talk with someone to check the status os my order, no success, after many tryings talked with someone who’s said will trying to figure out what happened and never call me back, so many emails after, now today after 15 days from my order they said there’s no eta from they provider! So frustrated! $2000 dollars and zero costumer care!

Was told what I needed over the phone. Wrote the part number down, ordered it, received it, would not work properly so I called and spoke with someone less than friendly and made me sound like I was the dummy and was told I had to spend another $300. I asked about a refund, they sent me a shipping label rather than trying resolve their mistake and then gave me a partial refund. I’ve worked in the automotive industry a long time and this is not the way you handle these situations. I will not be doing business with them nor will I ever refer them.
