Yes I have a family emergency they want take me this place sucks now I have to try to make it back to my family this week my last week in trucking local job pay way better

I'll give them 3 stars instead of 1 because the dispatchers are great, but that's about the only good thing I can say.

This steel distributor is the most unorganized inefficient place to unload product. 700am appointment and they say you have to have one all though they don't use it. Pull inside at 11: 00 am to unload 5 bundles. It's takes 3 people to unload and it still takes 1: 45 minutes. I read the reviews and thought well maybe it was just a few people complaining, well I can see why. After talking to few employees it's of course poor management. You would think that a company that solely depends on truck drivers to bring them product to resale would take better care of them. Well it was my first and only delivery to this time wasting company.

Showed up at 6 am, my appointment was at 7 am they started unloading me at 11: 30 am
Slowest guys I have ever dealt with. Never go to this place. Supervisor on shift really disrespectful.

Try not to come to this place to bring anything, 5 hours here and you still haven't finished, these people don't realize that they have a job because someone brings them the material, there is no respect in this place, many people walking around doing absolutely nothing

Nick, who is my sales rep, does an AMAZING job. He goes over and beyond the role of sales. He's prompt to respond to pricing requests and gives me my mill certs before the load even arrives!

This place has the slowest workers I have seen. Appt at 830. Arrived at 8am. 6 hrs later. Still not unloading yet. Only loading their trucks and unloading local trucks since 8 am. Dont come here. The Supervisor for unloading here should be fired!

Very long unloading, life line without appointment. Appointment 9: 30 am, unloading 1: 30 pm

They kept me waiting for many hours. They do not have education. They do not respect the appointment time. I do not recommend this place

Beyond slow had a 9am appointment at a place that's appointments only and here we are at 2: 18pm and I still haven't been unloaded.

I had a wonderful experience with Big Ben, who ensured the unload was timely, and he made provisions for my overnight parking.

If you are going to delivered a load at this place please know that you have to seat and wait inside your truck until the unloaders finishes to talk, drink coffee, look at their phone every 2 min. They will group chat in the tail of your truck with a bundle on top of your trailer wasting time. Terrible location, No appreciation to us the drivers that are on e-log and need to reload.

Wish the unloading process was a little quicker appointment was at 10 am but starts unloading at 1 pm
