Bella did an amazing job on my brows! I went from having blonde eyebrows that weren’t visible without using dark brow pencils to now having the most amazing, natural brows. I don’t need to take the time putting on makeup in the morning. I just get up and go while looking beautiful! Thank you inked elegantly!

From the first contact Bella was professionally and courteous. She recommended the Powder brow service. She provided easy to follow directions for pre care. I was able to participate as a model for her training course. I was nervous about students working on me but Bella did the majority of the process and was very diligent in guiding the students. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. Bella provided clear aftercare instructions and information on the healing process. I still had questions during the process and she always responded to my texts promptly. The healing was exactly as she said it would be. I recently went back for my touch up and had the same wonderful service experience. The healing seems to be faster this time. Bella shaped my brows perfectly and chose the perfect color, I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

From our very first phone call, to our most recent, Bella ALWAYS makes you feel like her most important client. As a Medical Aesthetician, one of the very first things that made me feel super comfortable with Bella, is the list of information that she sent me for pre-procedure as well as post-procedure. Bella is thorough! She takes sanitation extremely seriously, as do I, and I love that she is fun, but absolutely a professional, and also an instructor for permanent make up.
Bella explained an overview of how my entire lip stain was going to go, from the actual initial visit, all the way through what I would experience, and then the touch-up. To say my lips look great would be the biggest understatement ever! My lips look FABULOUS!
I knew that creating a solid vermilion border around my lip line would make me look younger, and I also knew that the stain itself would help to cover some tonal imperfections (freckles, etc), but I was not ready to fall in love with my lips again, and that’s what Bella did: she made me fall in love with my lips again I hadn’t even realized I had fallen out of love with them, but immediately upon completion of my lip stain, I saw a more youthful look on my face, and it made me really, really happy! Plus, she totally perfected the color - it was everything I wanted and didn’t even know how to describe, but somehow she made it exactly what I wanted. She’s an extremely talented PMU!
Regarding the experience itself, her space is absolutely beautiful and adorable! Bella herself ensures that you are comfortable and not stressed out prior to the procedure, and of course, answers any lingering questions you may have. Also, Bella reached out every day during my healing process, and had me send her photos, so she could check on my progress and ensure that I was healing the way she wanted. I am now in week 3, the phase where the color is starting to come back, and all I can say is WOW! Even my husband, who is against me doing anything to my face, loves the new & refreshed look to my lips, and loves kissing them! ️ To my surprise, my husband is now OK with me going darker than the super natural look I had initially planned… Bella is THAT GOOD! She made me look like the most beautiful version of me, and what an amazing gift
I now refer my own patients to Bella, so they too can see the most beautiful versions of themselves in the mirror. Oh, and my mom has an appointment with her too. Highly, highly recommend!

I went today for my first microblading session. Bella was very professional, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure the environment was absolutely germ free and sterile. Coming from me, a nurse, that is saying something! Most importantly, I cannot be happier with the results! I am already planning more services with her. She is Top Notch!

I saw some pics on Inked Elegantly on Instagram of lip tattoos and I thought it looked really lovely and natural, so you don’t have to wear lipstick or liner to have definition. I was a bit nervous coming up to the appt.
I went to Baltimore to Inked Elegantly and did my tattoo. Bella was amazing. Spoke me through the entire process and asked what my concerns and desires were. I had numbing cream applied so the pain was minimized and I absolutely love the results. I do like how the shape and color is.
My lips weren’t sore, just dry and I was applying hydrating cream that I was given. I’m pretty happy!

Don't look for any other Permanent make up training facility. Inked Elegantly is by far the most hands-on training. Bella and Tim spend individual time with each student and share their expertise because they really want their students to succeed. Intense training but amazing time I had at Inked Elegantly! And during this time of the pandamic, you feel extremely safe at Inked Elegantly!

I was honestly ready to give Bella 5 stars before she even did my brows just based on her communication and thoroughness in explaining everything.and not to mention the absolute care that she devoted to my services (microblading & eyeliner) before, during and after. If you’re ever considering brow micro blading you HAVE to see Bella! Her work is AMAZING, she is quite a sweetheart, and she follows every possible measure for safety during this time of COVID. Her studio is beautiful and relaxing (almost fell asleep) and I felt very comfortable during the procedure. She thoroughly explains the procedure, what she will do and why, provides an after-care package and written instructions so you know exactly what to do to care for your new beautiful brows.
