David was the best tattoo artist I could hope for, getting my first tattoo. His line work was insane it turned out better than the reference picture, which just shocked me. 10/10 recommend. The environment it very pleasing, doesn’t make you feel tense or anything. Had the best experience.

Had recently moved to the area and was looking for a shop to finish my arm from a 1/2 sleeve I had gotten many years ago. I saw some great work on a stranger and I was sent here to see David Cappella highly recommended. My first impression doing my consultation was the shop had a great vibe. Friendly guys. Good music. And super welcoming. I was very unsure exactly what I wanted but just with a few ideas David had some great artistic ideas. He ended up finishing everything faster than we even expected because he was enthusiastic about it and seemed to be enjoying seeing it come together as much as I was. The flow and how he tied in all together even though he was working with an old tattoo and another artists work was perfect.

Can’t say enough good and lucky I was referred here. These guys love tattooing and won’t steer you wrong. Go check out the shop and trust these folks I don’t see how you couldn’t leave there happy.

Came here for our girls weekend and they graciously fit all six of us into their day and let us sit in their lobby while each one of us had our turn. Michael Saunders did an amazing job on my tattoo and was so patient with me as this was my first one. Highly recommend Micheal and Inksmith!

Went here for my first tattoo 2 years ago today been meaning to go back but haven't had the time and funds but over all they didn't make me feel uncomfortable and they actually where nice guys

Gio is absolutely amazing!

My wife and I were looking to get custom tattoos, of her designs, so we set out looking for a shop. We visited five shops all over Jacksonville and were turned away by everyone except Gio. Once he and my wife got an idea about what she had in mind he sat down and started sketching and came up with a vague outline of what would turn out to be a beautiful tattoo! He then explained that, sadly, we wouldn’t have the time that day to get the work done and would we be ok with making an appointment? Of course we said yes! He was, literally, the only artist in five different shops to take us seriously so it was a no brainer. From that point until the day of the tattoo Gio stayed in contact with us asking for color references in his work, to get an idea of our expectations for the design. It all came together in a beautiful piece that I will, forever, be proud to have! Gio has a steady hand, an amazing eye for color, and was a good time the whole time! He would joke around with us, but in the times that he new that we were in pain he’d change the tone of his voice and ask if we were ok? Did we need a break? I am not opposed to being tattooed by this man again. Would recommend 10/10!

I visited this past weekend for my first tattoo and I had a wonderful experience. Gio was the BEST! He was polite, funny, and an out going person and I was really happy with how my tattoo turned out and the overall environment. The place was very clean, friendly and there was no wait to get in. I will definitely be back for more future tattoos!
