Super strict place of business. Worked here a while ago and had a really good trainer who had us hitting the ground running once on the floor. Pay is low.

This place has the most dishonest and unprofessional people working for them. Make sure they tell you if the account they are hiring you for will only be open a few months. The hire people for only 2 months when they know the client is about to close the account. Managers and team leads are having sexual relationships with each other, they hire anyone most of the ppl work there just are there to get a quick buck and do not value the customers. A friend of mine was still working at this place and she told me a man stood up cursed another girl out and threatened her he made a huge scene, next day he came to work like nothing ever happened. He should have gotten fired. This place is so cheap they give you used badges, and training is only for 3 or 4 days smh, The managers are very deceiving and lie about everything. Overall i did meet two or three cool people before leaving. Run far away from this place they will use you up for the client and dump you out like trash once they are done with you. This place needs to fire every manager and team lead and start over from scratch. Get better training, and teach the top managers the definition of not mixing business with pleasure literally smh i tried to give this place a fair shot so happy i left before they fired everyone i couldnt last 3 weeks in this place. Oh yea not to mention i heard the supervisors almost had a physical fight the same week they fired multiple people. Do better people. I would suggest every employee start leaving reviews and calling them out so that they can make a change. Looks like everyone is afraid to speak up! I am not afraid. Speak up!

Inktel is the worst place to work for when they're firing you don't they don't give you any follow-up of why they're firing you they just let you go just like that you don't give you no warning no nothing they are the worst people to work for and all they do is act like they like you and get you fired okay do not work at Inktel.
