Working here was a delight. Management is amazing and so are the ambassadors. The CEO is an amazing and outstanding woman who treats her employees like family. The lengths they go to make sure you're successful and the opportunities they provide is what most companies lack. I'd definitely recommend anyone who is interested in a sales career to work here.

I truly believe if the company altered their contracts to allow former employees to sue, they would have been out of business years ago. Sadly I know that I am not the first to say this. Due to this company seemingly being a multi-level marketing company; the presentation upon interviews are quite skewed in regards to pay as well as opportunity for growth. Quite a few employees that weren't upper management lived paycheck to paycheck during my employment experience. Unless you become good friends with the owner or office manager, there seems to be very little room for growth because they won't recruit for your team at a worthy pace. Having people on your team is the only way to grow past a "training manager". It seems they also purposefully position the ability to attain the residual pay to an unachievable goal. From what I have learned, it puts more money in the owner's pocket. There were multiple occasions where I heard co-workers of mine not getting paid residually even if they somehow hit the unrealistic metrics. These are common reasons why many people don't last long in this company.

Was supposed to have an interview this morning 8: 00am, waited 15 minutes in the front door, no one had the kind act to open it, was closed.

I got a text confirming before 8am. I decided to go because I was waiting at the front door, called twice, sent messages and nothing. At 8: 36am someone decided to call me to apologize and let me know that management was running late.

What?

No way.

It's great experience going to there for a job interview but didn't get true with the work as yet, love it there.

I genuinely want to take a moment to express my appreciation for having Melissa Lewis as my boss. Melissa has done an incredible job of setting boundaries and advocating for what our team needs to meet our goals. Not only is she a phenomenal leader and an inspiration to many, she makes sure to create a positive and enjoyable environment for everybody. Innovating great minds has helped with my professional growth and my personal development growth as well. I’ll forever be greatful for everything this company has taught me and the opportunities that come with it.

IGM is an amazing company to work with all around. Mel is the greatest. They make work feel fun and exciting to go to everyday. The positive atmosphere is what i loved the most along with the core values they teach everyday. Not only did i enjoy working but i learned ALOT as well!
