I got no assist from this company which charged me 4700 dollars to fix my tax problems, I cont' d to receive threatening letters from the IRS that kept accumulating interest the entire time I'm waiting to have the innovative team do something, I got no updates unless I call to threaten them, I'm making payments of 232$ every two weeks and only 2-3 payments to them getting all their money when I'm in a car accident and I'm working with someone from billing to make a new payment plan to finish my payments due to I'm in hospital waiting to transfer to rehab and can't work, my county emergency funds send me what they can to cover my bills for the month so I can survive while I'm rehabbing to go back to work and this company stole a payment out of my acct which leaves me penniless, they pretend to help and they take the money out of your bank ANYWAY! AND I'm still got no results or proof they have done a thing towards my tax problem! I hope they are happy for being sneaky enough to pretend they care and while you think you can take a breath and quit crying long enough to get better from a situation that's devastating, not your fault, and didn't see coming and they devastate you even more by taking all your money and leave you more devastated and hopeless! Unless you're just desperate don't look at this company to help you fix your tax problems or help you during a life ruining event! They only care about the money and they will take it by whatever means necessary! I'm so sorry I chose this company to help me, I am so incredibly heartbroken by their actions! They left me with no hope, my life ruined, and penniless!

I had already filed my back taxes and my 9450 form so they gave me advice on future taxes so we won’t owe more to the IRS. Also they refunded all $400 we had paid to them. Can’t ask for a better experience with this company!

I was in tax trouble and paralyzed with fear to change my tax person. I was approached by Innovative Tax regarding programs that may help me. Although they didn’t have any programs to help me they did have a ton of knowledge and ways to improve my situation. Jornan and Tom both took time to explain things to me so I could understand what was happening. I know nothing about taxes but today I can say I am much clearer on my situation and how to fix it. I was angry and stand-off ish. I don’t trust people or believe anything that comes from their lips. I’m difficult to work with due to that issue. Jornan and Tom were so patient and understanding. They listened to me and truly helped me. I appreciate both of those gentlemen and thank them for putting up with my negativity and distrust. They are GOLD standard in my book. Here it is June and they are still checking on me and my situation. They gave me a plan to stick to and find my way out of IRS’s nightmare.

This whole team was so incredible to me, from start to finish. It began with Bernice, who was very professional with her great listening skills, she asked questions I would not have known to divulge (Thank you, Bernice!), and ended with Jornan (I tip my hat to you, sir!), who was just as great and professional. They are exactly who they advertise they are, and did exactly what they said they would do. I could not be more happy with all of them, from digging for the right information, to prompt follow up and follow-thru. The end result is that they made me whole with the my tax debt, and I could not be happier. Innovative is with well worth the effort they put into making customers like me a referral engine.

They have a definite plan of action for your debt solution. If you want/need help with clearing your debt, give them a call for yourself, and you’ll see.
