Insight Credit Union - Osceola Village reviews
6Went to the Kissimmee location to see why i dont have the zelle option, only one employee there working and to his mind he "helped me" and said everything is good now cause we could see that my app of the bank showed the zelle option, just to found out that neither i can't send money nor receive money, and in emergencies like this i cant count on this bank because they're customer service on the weekends dont work. Now I see why there's literally no one ever at that bank and the bad reviews. I'll be another customer leaving.
Customer of 10+ years to Insight Credit Union and every time I have to go into the Kissimmee branch I leave irritated and appalled at the lack of Customer service at this branch.
My husband a first responder needed to speak to a higher up above the people who answer the phone. They basically said there is no one above them. My husband who also had COVID from being a first responder can’t seem to get anyone to help him. He has issues related to this and they won’t even give him the time of day. Talk about a company that doesn’t care. This company is the most unprofessional and had no common courtesy. If he can’t seem to get anyone on the phone good luck everyone else.
Worst managed branch in all of Central Florida, this manager they have currently is toxic Marina Calderón! Her behavior is unpleasant, unprofessional, and a cancer to this company. Anyone who has experience her behavior please comment.
Customer for 22 years finally left. Absolutely No phone support, they seriously have one person working phones for all their customers in Central Florida. The website and mobile app is about 20 years behind on digital customer experience. To get any type of service you must physically go to the branch or write a letter. They do not play will with financial tracking software like Intuit. Employees are typically friendly and nice when you do actually talk to them but the basic functionality and level of technology is very limited. If you are thinking of going to this CU would suggest you avoid it and not get started.
