Insight Global found me a great job and they were very responsive and patient with me. I was separating from the military and they took very good care of me. It's unfortunate that you don't collect PTO while working those 6 month contracts but it's not as bad as it sounds.

Where do I begin? I was contacted by Insight Global Recruiter, Vanessa Nguyen after posting my resume. When Vanessa and I first spoke, I felt as if we had known each other for quite some time. She was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable about the job position and the company she referred me to. Vanessa scheduled my phone interview and the subsequent face to face interview. Megan Thomas performed here services with professionalism and personality. I was originally contacted by Megan from Insight global about an opportunity. Megan constantly kept me up to speed with activities and meetings while working around my schedule. This is not my first rodeo, I have had experience with executive recruiters that did not show the respect and appreciation like Megan did. Being unemployed really took me for a loop. Filling out dozens and hundreds of applications, usually with little to no response. Insight Global of Tampa, was just the opposite. This is my first time working for a contract company. Good experience so far. Both the recruiter & account manger stayed very engaged all the way through the hiring. They focused on finding the right job for me. Very responsive whenever I reach out to them. Overall, I would definitely recommend Insight Global.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience with a staffing agency. I had issue with the job from day one, ended up ending the contract. They did nothing. I had to discuss my departure with the client, they couldn't be bothered.

All I heard was "I'm sorry you had a bad experience. " They only care about the commission and their clients.

Everyone In this office is Awesome! I have been working for this office for sometime now, Tara, Carley, Sal, Kolbie and I can go on and on. They really put in the foot work for you to make sure you are happy and comfortable.

Great experience with Insight Global so far. Adam McCrory is my recruiter, he has been very supportive throughout the whole process and always available to help me with anything. Insight Global is the best contracting firm I have ran into. I have been in IT over 20 years, used various contracting firms, and I can honestly say Insight Global is dedicated to both clients and contractors. Immediately following my interview, the Sr Account Mgr and Recruiter got me on great assignment, flawlessly. I have worked with others, and again I am very impressed with staff at Insight Global. I had issues on my first day - car problems, and immediately the account manager communicated the issue to client, started the next day! I highly recommend Insight Global.

Nothing but great experiences as an employee! The on boarding process was easy and stress free. Great company to work for the staff is always available to help in anyway with anything. Katherine consistently checks on employees to ensure that everything is going well. I have been treated (as all my co-workers) with respect and value. I have been with the company for over a year and am very sad that my contract has ended. I would recommend insight global to anyone looking to advance to the next level in their career.

I would highly recommend contacting Insight Global, Tampa, and Sydney G.or Rebecca if you are looking for a change. This isn't the same type of Employment Agency as the others. They actually do try find you the best job possible, unlike the others who look to stick you anywhere so they can start getting paid.

They are very organised and guide you thru all the paperwork, the process can seem overwhelming but my agent was very attentive, supportive, and always willing to assist me with any questions I had. Carly Jaksec was fantastic thru the whole process. I very much appreciate her analysis on getting the right fit for me. I cannot say how much I am impressed enough. Thank you.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

I was with Insight Global for 3 months, and it felt like every little thing I had to get answers on was like pulling teeth. I was sent the wrong contract to sign. A friend of mine didn’t receive her first check for a whole month. The communication in the office is nonexistent, and every time you call to ask a question, nobody has any idea what’s going on.

On top of that, Sal is the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever met. He was clueless and unreliable. I was told at the beginning that I would work for 3-6 months, but they never told me when my contract would actually end. A few weeks before, I called to make sure I was okay for the extra 3 months. And I walked into my job at the end of month 3 and was told it was my last day, that IG should have told me, when they didn’t. I’ve never heard of a company being so irresponsible that they can’t bother to tell their temps when their contracts will end. The carelessness that goes on in this place is unreal.

I don’t recommend anyone work with Insight Global. They don’t care about you, the employees all care about their image and vague business jargon instead of providing you actual important information about YOUR OWN JOB. Screw this place.
