Insoft & Hurst Orthodontics is by far the place to go for all ortho needs.

I used them in high school for my first set of braces. I loved them so much, I broke my retainer (accidentally, of course) and developed a tongue thrust just so I could go back as an adult and get Invisalign!

Haha, in all seriousness, I absolutely adore the staff here along with both doctors equally! I appreciate the warm welcome every visit. I have successfully completed my Invisalign treatments and couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend Insoft & Hurst Orthodontics. Their friendly staff is efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Insoft treated my son, my daughter and my wife. They all had great outcomes and still have beautiful smiles! I had braces long ago (Different Orthodontist) when they used to pull teeth instead of making room. I just finished treating again with Dr. Insoft and he corrected things from the past. I got my braces off last Monday after thirty months. I'm very, very happy with the results.many thanks!

We Love Dr Insoft & Hurst, I have my 2nd child just getting out of braces and started his retainer today. The staff are very friendly and have always been very polite and willing to help whenever they can. Everyone is very informative on what is going on and what should be happening with the progress of the plan for your child’s teeth. The offices they have are always very clean and relaxing. I always enjoyed the 38th ave location because there was always a news paper to read while I waited and the Crosswinds location always has free coffee. They take great care of the peeps in the lobby as well as the patients. I would absolutely recommend Insoft & Hurst to anyone that asks for a suggestion, great experience with them through the years.

The staff here is AMAZING. They are so nice and wonderful. They made me 11 year old son who has ADHD feel comfortable and at total ease. They always take us on time, the waiting room is spotless clean and they make you feel like family. And they have 3 locations to see you.

The best. After going through braces as a child, multiple retainers to try to fix issues after, Insoft and Hurst used Invisalign to correct all my complaints about my teeth. They didn’t rush the process and ensured I was fully satisfied before completing. Go to them versus a mail in Invisalign provider. They are worth every penny! Treat yourself for Christmas with a pretty smile.:)

Insoft & Hurst & their staff has made the start of my braces journey absolutely easy & smooth. I felt so comfortable during my consultation with Dr. Hurst because of her incredible professionalism and care. I was also extremely surprised and excited to know that I could get my braces treatment started that same day! Truly amazing! I have had my braces on for almost a month and already see huge changes thanks to their nifty Damon system. The assistants Miranda, Ryan, Natalie, and Cassidy also gave me lots of knowledge, were incredibly nice, and made the appointments go by so quick, all while having my X-rays and brackets and wires applied. I’m so grateful and thankful for this office, truly this is the place you want to be for ortho! Not to mention, almost everyone I know has been to Insoft & Hurst for their braces and their results were SO incredible that I had to get the results for myself, one of the best decisions I’ve made has been to fix my smile, and I’m glad I have Insoft & Hurst for my journey!

My daughter has been a patient here since 1st grade. The staff have always been amazing with her- always patient, friendly, and making sure she is comfortable with every step. She is getting her braces off today and while she's super excited, she was sad she won't see everyone so often. As a family, we won't go anywhere else!

I honestly would not recommend this office to anyone. I can't even look in the mirror without crying. They don't care about you. Previous to attending this office I had visited 10 to 15 doctors surgeons, orthodontist and dentists in search for an alternate route for surgery to get my teeth straightened. I did not want surgery! Dr. Insoft lied and said oh it's no big deal it's just a few little incisions in the bone. NO! MY SKULL WAS CUT IN HALF. My mouth was stretched open for almost eight hours like a pregnant woman giving birth. My face will never go back to what it was. I'm still in my 30's but my youth has been ripped away by greedy doctors! Before the surgery I looked like I was in my 20s now my skin looks like a saggy 70 year old. The 18-year-old blonde in your office told me "Oh well, your smile will never go like this again. " Making a U shape with her fingers. WAIT WHAT! Don't you think this is all information you should disclose before cutting someone's head in half!? It was a big deal! HUGE actually! I was in the hospital for five days. I could have died! My face was swollen like a balloon for a year. It was traumatizing and complete torture! You told me it was a simple in office procedure. I would've never agreed to that in a million years! They are all about the money is all. I cant even trust doctors anymore. Not to mention I still have spaces in my teeth and every time I eat I get huge chunks of food stuck in between my teeth. My smile, face and confidence is just destroyed. I used to be pretty. As you can see below, I do not look the same. Not even close! The girl on the left was beautiful. You lied and destroyed my youthful face. I look like an aged 40 years. Dr. Insoft cannot be trusted below are three before and three after pictures. I came here to boost my self-confidence with a perfect smile and your lies resulted in a destroyed face!

Before going to insoft and Hurst, My teeth looked pretty messed up for a 6th grader, but now after having braces for 2 years i feel as if i have a beautiful smile and feel so much more confident in my appearance. Thank you!

The results were exactly as promised. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Both of our children got their teeth straightened at Insoft & Hurst.

Our daughter had two rounds of braces with Dr. Insoft and Dr. Hurst. The first was for her bite and the second a couple years later for her spacing. The entire staff has been so good working with her from when she was a small child up to now almost a teenager. The office runs so efficiently from scheduling to the technicians to the doctors. They’re always on top of the best course of action and super conscious of your time. They are also very great at giving detailed explanations of the changes they have made at each appointment. As you can guess through two rounds of braces, we’ve made an awful lot of trips to the office and being able to schedule appointments prior to school has been so helpful. We are so pleased with the outcome and feel that our daughters teeth will be beautiful and healthy for many years to come. Thanks Dr. Insoft and Dr. Hurst you’re the best!
