Inspirit Yoga Studio, Orlando FL

I have been attending Yoga class every Tuesday at Inspirit and it has been such a great experience. It feels great and everyone is so friendly.

Inspirit Yoga Studio is a space that provides the safety to be you. This judgement free studio offers a yoga experience that fits all walks of life. No matter where you are in your yoga journey, Inspirit welcomes you with open arms providing an opportunity to grow your practice inside and out if that is what you want to do. I highly recommend the YTT program if you want to deepen your relationships with others and yourself.

This studio has absolutely transformed the trajectory of my life. I stumbled upon InSpirit shortly after graduating from college (several years ago, now), and I fell in love with the atmosphere and the instructors who always encouraged me to soften into my edge.

This space is where I first truly encountered myself on a spiritual level.

When I moved back to Orlando a couple of years ago, I knew I wanted to complete a yoga teacher training, and I felt that this would be the perfect space to pursue that certification. And I was so right. Not only did I learn a ton about the physical asanas and that yoga truly is for every body, I learned my value as an instructor, and I gained greater clarity around my mission on this planet. Not to mention I met my soul family.

That's a lot to experience in just over 5 months.

I would 10/10 recommend this studio whether this is your first yoga class, or you are looking for a teacher certification program. I feel so lucky to have found this community of kind, open-hearted souls.

Inspirit is one of the most beautiful, welcoming studios I have ever set foot in. The energy of this studio is beyond words. I did the YTT program here and cannot express enough gratitude for the experience. I have met the most amazing people at this studio and cannot recommend it enough!

Inspirit is an AMAZING place. I felt so welcomed by the staff. They value community connections which is why I made the choice to enroll in their teacher training. The environment at Inspirit feels like a family. I was able to learn so much valuable information during teacher training and go through personal development in the process. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to begin their yoga journey.

I did my Massage and Yoga training at this beautiful, wholesome school. Throughout my trainings I have grown and learned so much more than I ever thought! The instructors are full of knowledge and truly passionate about their work and students they teach. It’s more than a school, it’s a community full of amazing, wholehearted beings helping each other along their journey. Connection is strong here, so even if you are looking for a deeper yoga class to take, look no further. You won’t regret it, and most likely will end up becoming apart of the trainings. Oh's Slow Flow, Meditation &Sound Healing is Beyond Amazing! What a way to relax. Her energy is like non other! I discovered her class after looking for a way to relax. Funny story is. I was lead to Inspirit, and initially I tried Yoga. Due to surgery I couldn't do the poses. Then, I mistakenly signed up for Oh's class. Best mistake ever. The massages are affordable and great!

I absolutely love this studio, my only regret is not having gone sooner. I have been attending classes for a week now and I feel myself getting physically stronger, gaining mental clarity and spiritual alignment!

My first class with Kristi I loved! She taught such a beautiful and smooth vinyasa flow.

The slow yoga and sound healing with Oh is one of my favorites! My soul was transported to a different place where healing was the objective.

My all time favorite is the Mysore ashtanga classes with Jessica. I practiced ashtanga in the past but never Mysore. I have to say I was very intimidated at first but jessica is an incredible teacher who is very patiently guiding through each pose. The hands on alignment as well goes such a long way! Not many ashtanga studios in Orlando so make this tour stop people!

I am so grateful for stumbling upon this studio and I think I found my new yogi home ️

My co-worker invited me to join her for a Reiki/Sound Healing session here and was thrilled to go. I've been wanting to socialize, but bars and clubs no longer do it for me. So this was a perfect opportunity to do something relaxing and healthy.

From the moment I stepped through their doors, I felt a warm and welcoming feeling. The decor, scents, and vibes were all so calming. I had fun looking at everything afterwards.

The session was set up where we had a table to lay on, with pillows and blankets if you wanted them. And Dr. Unicorn was our guide for the evening, on 4/3/21! Perfect time for some inner alignment and being in a collective.

I enjoyed myself very much. At the end of it, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. I felt more connected and grounded again, too.

I'm definitely curious about their massages now if I felt this good from a sound bath!

Inspirit's yoga training and massage programs have transformed my life in many ways. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and care about you as a student and as a person. The sense of community in the school makes you feel at home. You will discover a lot about yourself and will grow alongside others who are all on the same path. I am grateful I made the choice to enroll and continue to apply everything I have learned in my daily and professional life.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They never judge and will tell me a good modification if my body won't do what they're doing yet. The energy in the studio is very peaceful.

I loved Inspirit Yoga since the very first Yoga class I took couple years ago and when I leave the studio, I feel energetic and peacefully elevated. All team members are super kind and helpful and Raven, the Director is very professional and super helpful, ready to give the proper advice. The studio is clean and has everything you would need for a Yoga practice. Inspirit Yoga Studio is a great place to enhance yourself!

It's an amazing place for Yoga! Inspirit has impacted my life so positively. I am so glad to have done my Yoga teacher training with Raven. She is a wonderful human being and has inspired me in so many different ways. Inspirit is a must visit place for all the yoga lovers out there. <3

As you walk through the front door, you are greeted with a warm welcome, a smile (even behind the masks), and the atmosphere is beyond your expectations. Inspirit’s beauty flows from room to room. With massage and yoga training available, they provide therapeutic classes and services for the studio's students, as well as offering a tea & coffee bar while you wait. Once you’ve made your first visit, You will never forget it, and not very many yoga studios catch this appeal or essence.
My experience with Inspirit was not only as a student of Wendy’s amazing flows, both Monday morning’s & Tues/Thursday evening classes, & Ravenflower’s incredible Kundalini classes, but ALSO with the YTT program.and I couldn’t have been happier anywhere else! The beyond knowledge & experience I gained from the YTT program was out of this world and I didn’t want it to end! I’m so excited to see what pathways are created amongst my Journey!

From the first time I came to Inspirit i felt a warm welcoming and the desire to actually impact. Recently, I complete my Yoga teacher training with this facility. It was honestly the best decision that i could’ve ever made and the perfect place in Orlando to choose. Inspirit will always be considered my sacred soul home in Orlando. I will forever recommend and encourage others to join this studio for any yoga flows or their trainings (they have a massage training here as well)!

If you want a change in your life a place to call home for your yoga practice or at least a place to start, this should definitely be your go-to!
