At first they had great customer service, after that the wait time to make a payment can be over 1 hour and 45 minutes the amount of time it takes for payments is frustrating I arrived at 10: 30 and walked out at 12: 25 watched the manager take care of other customers that seemed upset that arrived after I did, I don’t recommend this place, I’m trying to pay off this loan so I don’t have to come back.
