Just want to take a second to edit my information. I am still standing strong on the fact that I was given exceptional service when I had came in to start my title loan.

However the PICK UP process? I DID not appreciate. I felt very confused at the fees I had accrued over time, yes it was stated in my paperwork however there were many hidden fees I felt like I had no idea about. They ask people to refer people to this service and I will let anyone know please do not put yourself in this situation. I came today to pay my loan off in full, and was met with many hidden fees, on top of a double fee (per my paperwork) that I was unaware of. Once again the EMPLOYEES are exceptional, and I feel like THEY receive a lot of backlash and hatred from people being the way the system they WORK FOR is set up, but the SYSTEM is fraudulent in my opinion. I had a huge fee jump and I paid my loan off within 15 days. And still was charged excessive fees when I paid this in full today. The fees I felt like I was charged was for a 30 day service and I was under that. All in all, I would NOT RECOMMEND insta loan to anyone.
