I highly recommend IBBA. They are very professional and gets the job done. You definitely get what you pay for. Unfortunately this issue entered my home and took over and drove our family crazy. They are super helpful and took care of the problem in 1 day. I couldn’t be happier!

The tech was awesome explained everything did a great job I have a brand new house & somebody came with 1 on them & it was a nightmare IBBA fixed the issue now the price was expensive but worth it I thank them very much

First let me say the amount of knowledge Gage brought to the table after our new unwelcomed friends was "WOWING! " After paying $1000s of dollars in other exterminators not to mention new furniture we were at our wits end. We came across the ad for BBA and thought what could it hurt. My fear of having my house tented basically advertises your issue.

Gage spent lots of time before, during and after the treatement to set your mind at ease. The day before the big day I was freaking out, what if what if.and of course prepping the house. Gage called me on his off time to reassure me it will be fine, if we miss anything hes got it and think of the done product. Well you know what, he was right. The morning of the BUG ASSINATION, Gage pulled in with a black trailer (has no markings of whats going on) and got right to work.

Would I recommend BBA HECK BUGGITY BUG NO MORE YES! Its an embarrassing situation to have no matter who are, the piece of mind makes it all worth it!

IBBA was great and made the experience as quick, easy, and good as it could possibly be given my situation. They were able to come out the same day or very next day. Gabe was very friendly and helpful. After he completed my treatment there were no more bed bugs at all. All my bug bites have gone away so I am very pleased. They came out and sprayed a week after the initial treatment and still no bugs in sight. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. Also the customer service of this company is fantastic. They did a great job of calming my wife down and solving this terrible problem. The technician went through all the information and what to expect. It was very discreet and solved the problem in 1 day. Have not seen a bug since & my wife is sleeping again. Would highly recommend.
