I have seen Dr Gomez on several occasions both he and Matt are amazing. They are professional and the care given is why they have treated all of my family. If you need an orthopedic please call and ask for them. The office has employee that have been there for a long time and that shows this office is well run and the staff make you comfortable at all times. 10 plus for all

Dr Markovich operated on my right ankle and left foot. I broke both at the same time. I was absolutely not impressed with his bedside manner, but his PA, Pasquale (Pat) Defiore. I have never had better care in any dr office. Pat is amazing! He genuinely cares! I wish he would go into internal medicine. He would definitely be my PCP! You will never have better care!

My husband had Dr. Markavitch for his knee surgery, and he was very pleased. I thought that's who I will go and see. From my 1st visit with Dr. Markavitch, to having knee surgery my experience was great. Dr. Markavitch very personable and caring. He explained everything in detail. They do everything right there; they did all my X-rays and MRIs.
From the receptionist who are always friendly and cheery. When I called in pain after my surgery, they had me come right in. I saw Pat and he immediately sent me to have an ultrasound to find I did have a blood clot. I appreciated they all showed their concern.
For the surgery itself that was done right there, too. The whole team Keri, Arleen R. N. Donna E, R. N Jen C CST, Jerry G CR, NA, Sheri, RN each and every one of them were polite, caring, thorough. The whole facility is also very clean.
I can't say enough good about the whole facility. I didn't have to use the Rehab facility but I'm sure that's great too.

Dr. Markovich and Pat & office staff have been extremely kind and supportive. Surgery on torn meniscus and all follow up are continuing excellent.

Had to wait 40 mins! But the visit with Dr Hood went well. He gave a good explanation of my problem and alternatives for treatment. Always friendly and professional. M. Richards

I have been a patient of Dr. Markovich and his super assistant Pat, having had several joint replacements over the years. Their professional care outstanding. I have recommended them to friends over the years and they tell me the same praises.

Dr Kelly was is an amazing and thoughtful surgeon. My husband was brought into the ER after a fall on his bike. Dr Kelly was the surgeon on call that night. I’m so grateful it was him. He’s back up moving around and at the end of PT. If you are looking for a caring and excellent surgeon, Dr Blane Kelly is the man. Thank you Dr Kelly!

I called Dr Hood to try to become a patient. I was told I needed to send over a referral from my primary care. So I had to schedule an appointment with my PCP got the referral and sent the referral to Dr. Hood. I never heard from their office so I called them. The had my referral for 3 weeks. When I called they just said oh yes your insurance is out of network. So here I am almost 2 months wasted because they didn't have the decency to call me and let me know once they received the referral. What a joke

I was treated with respect by everyone in the office. Dr. Fifer was interested with what I had to say and listeded to me. I have been his patient since 1997 and am so glad he is still here. I still give his name if some one asks.

This Orthopedic office has the worst administration staff. Before making an appt to be seen by a Doctor, we called and confirmed they accepted my new insurance as "in-network". They confirmed the doctor accepted my insurance. On the day of the appt, they took my new insurance card, and never once told me that it would be considered "out of network". I paid my copayment per my insurance plan. I then got a bill for $170 and the insurance company said that it was processed out of network. I could not get the manager to call me directly to discuss and they would not negotiate a lower bill, even after they told us that the Dr was in network. Horrible service.

Dr. Markovich is a skillful and experienced Surgeon - whom specializes in the most advanced procedures….

Attention to all detail maximizes the outcome! Though very busy, he provides direct and honest guidance…

The staff were very nice.
Dr. Skinner always seemed rushed durning my appointments, and unwilling or unable to answer my questions. When asked a question about my injury he would say he wasn’t sure or he would get back to me and then leave and not come back to the room. When I asked the nurse that would came in after him, she would tell me he was busy with another patient.
He released me too early from my injury even though I said many times I was still in pain and having problems.
He finally gave me a second MRI to find out I was correct and still injured.
I changed doctors and have been very happy with the new one.

Best MD experience ever! Dr. Robert Follweiler is amazing. No pain when he injected both of my knees. He is kind and talented. He listens well. I was in and out in 30 minutes of my appt.which included X-rays and new patient paperwork. I am a nurse and actually worked in an Ortho office years ago. My how things have changed. I injured both knees while out of town playing pickellball. The office worked me in for a same day appt. I’m forever thankful that I can soon resume my active vacation.

Just waited for the second time for over an hour and a half for my appointment. So tired of poor patient care and zero respect for our lives and time

This Estero office lacks communication, called them everyday to get status on injection that need authorization from insurance. They promise call backs and sent me to office mgr vm. I had to physically go into the office to be told they only take part of my insurance. Something that I should have been made aware one the first visit. Don’t recommend if they lack of care and follow up is unacceptable
