One of only a few traditional Japanese dojos in this oart of the country. Offering Kendo, Iaido, Koryu, Kobudo and Japanese Language and Culture classes. Really a unique gem to learn true Japanese sword arts with local abd visiting sensei.

Kendo classes here are amazing. The Sensei is dedicated and more importantly patient. I was offered a great foundation in the Martial Arts of Kendo. I definitely recommend the Institute of Budo Studies.
