InStyle Nail Spa, Boca Raton FL

You only get one chance to make a first impression and it was not good. Started out great with my pedicure. Went downhill from there. They assigned me Michael for manicure why in Gods name would you give him to a new client. He was rude never spoke, not hello, no introduction. He pulled on my hands too hard it hurt. He cut my pinky cuticle. The entire time I was praying he would not cut me if I don’t know better I would swear he had been drinking. I don’t know if you can walk this one back.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It originally started out as a pleasant experience. Until my toe was brutally cut. Also, when I tried to explain that I didn’t want my fingernails to look so thick, I was told “it’s my nail. ” I was treated incredibly rude, and couldn’t finish my nail service due to the man’s smug attitude, and in so much pain needing to go to urgent care for my toe. And to top it off, the manager tried to make me pay for my services and told me “I don’t need to see a doctor. ” I had an incredibly bad infection in my toe, unable to walk and had to take antibiotics. Poor customer service and incredibly undertrained staff.

I am so glad I was recommended this salon since I moved to Palm Beach. Julie is so talented, I won’t go anywhere else.

Place is clean, staff was friendly and I had a great gel pedicure! I will definitely be back.

I went to Instyle nails for the first time on Monday! I felt very compelled to write this review as my experience was wonderful! From the warm greeting by the lovely receptionist to the incredibly talented and kind service I received from Julie! I must admit I am very particular when it comes to my nails… and Julie patiently listened to exactly what I wanted! My nails look beautiful and I can’t wait to go back!

Worst mani pedi…I walked in with long nails, Mimi proceeded to cut them, I told her it’s too short but she continued on her phone call. Either she didn’t understand English or just didn’t care.

The old lady working there should be fired after what happened today. I have never been there before and will absolutely never be back! Glad I didn’t get my nails done by her. If you ever go there and get stuck with that woman you definitely will waste every penny.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Actually, they can keep one star for the very sweet woman that works the front desk.

I’ve seen everyone but Julie and am constantly disappointed. Today was by far the worst as I sat with Mike. Mike put on tips and then did dip and a design. I was unhappy with the length and shape of my nails. I asked Mike the first time to change them, he said sure. I asked a second time, he didn’t respond but sighed like it was an inconvenience. I asked a third time, which he ignored. I should have stopped here but didn’t.

He told me the design I chose was easy and thanked me for the design. Comical. The paint job he did was awful, as seen in the photos. I can’t even put more energy into writing how bad it was. But that wasn’t the worst part.

Mike cut me six times. 6. I’m on blood thinners and bleed very easily. I made a comment each time he cut me. Despite that and my visible blood, he continued to drill away.

I was visibly upset and it was apparent. Julie, the owner, sits up front and saw I was upset but did nothing.

I can’t believe I paid $60 to bleed and have painful nails.

Moved to town recently and desperately needed a new nail salon after anxiously picking off my last set of acrylics. Julie was so kind and took me as a walk-in just before close. My anxiety was high, and my palms were clammy, but she totally normalized the situation and pointed a fan at me until I could relax. She recommended a hard gel instead of acrylics to allow for nail recovery, so I did so, and I’m glad I did! She also took the time to break down different options for my nails, and discussed which service would work best and why for the look I was trying to achieve. I’m really happy I found my new local spot, and I highly recommend this salon!

Please Do Not Go Here Very Rude Ppl Thay Got mad becuss i bring in my daughter that haves autism she wasn’t even being bad she was just soaking her feet but as soon as thay found out she haves autism thay treated Us different and being rude and talking about her to eachother The Only Nice one in there was the dark lady that answers the phone i really wanted to tip her for being nice with my daughter but she left befor i was done So Yeah do not go here extremely bad salon

Absolutely love this place. I get dip on my nails and Mimi always does such an amazing job. I’ve been going here for 2+ years and have never had to complain about anything.

Excellent service! Kind and responsive people. Nice and comfortable environment! Masters work professionally and quickly and with everything very carefully.

I love getting my nails done here. I laugh the whole time and the designs are incredible. You will see a few pics as I load as many as I remember after each appointment.
