I received a request to update information on my 4-point inspection from my insurance company.

I reached out to Insurance Express and provided the updated document. However, customer service is extremely hard to reach. I’ve called 3 times this week to a wait time of over 30 minutes. But even after waiting that long, the timer re-sets and an additional 20 minutes were added every time.

I finally called my insurance directly and they are saying that the documentation is insufficient. However, they can only discuss the details with me and state that an agent needs to call.

Terrible customer service. They made a mistake on our original policy which caused it to be cancelled. We are still waiting on someone to get back to us after speaking to 4 different agents who all promised to get back to us weeks ago. Save your time and call MyHometownAgency who had us sorted in 3 days!

Terrible experience. After investing in a new roof and paying for a four point inspection, I thought we had insurance. Within weeks we were cancelled. No follow up from Insurance Express. The insurance company wrote the reason for cancellation was that paperwork had not been filed. When I finally spoke with the agent at Insurance Express, she said we were cancelled because of something we did. This was not true. We also got car insurance through this company. We received piles of paperwork to be completed because Insurance Express had not filed it. We have since moved to another broker and our insurance was fixed and handled within a day. This is not the company to use.

I had home owners insurance with this agent for 4 years until the insurer stopped insuring in FL. Flavia and team worked really hard to secure another insurer for my townhome but ultimately due to location and economical reasons I had to choose another provider. I would highly recommend working with them. Flavia was professional, caring, quick to respond, explained terms and requirements in an easy to understand manner. She keep me updated often even if it was to let me know that she did not have an update etc. I really really appreciate the effort she went through to assist me and keep me as a customer.

Mark Bail was WONDERFUL to work with! We are first time homebuyers and experienced sticker shock when we looked into homeowners insurance. Our Loan Officer actually connected us with Mark. He took the initiative to call our Inspector directly to get clarification on some items. He suggested workers in the area to help us get a few things fixed within our first 30 days. He was able to get a quote that was HALF the price our first quote was from another company. He went above and beyond, like a trustworthy insurance agent should. You can tell that he is on you side. We absolutely recommend Mark Bail!

I had insurance two weeks before I started getting letters about an increase. I emailed the letters to my agent called and left numerous messages and never received a response. And that was after I had to pay $116.00 just to pay my policy in full because She “forgot” to set up a portal. I had to pay money to pay my policy. After numerous calls to insurance express, Supervisor Todd reached out to me. He was nice at first said he would look into the issue and call me back That same day. He did not call me back that same day and I had to reach out to him the next day which made him extremely angry and frustrated. The money for the policy was due so I needed this handled quickly. The way he spoke to me was rude, disrespectful, loud and very upsetting to be. He did provide me for a reason for the increase and said they would take care of it. I was happy to be done with the situation until I receive another letter requesting more money. Unfortunately I had to reach out to Tod again. He told me the The reason for the increase was not what he thought and gave me a new reason. My policy has gone up $646 in just three weeks. I want to switch agents but insurance express has already been paid their commission for my policy.

Impossible customer service! Won't answer phones. I got a cancellation letter about my NEW ROOF that I paid $15,000 for cause of an inspection they didn't tell me I needed. They were closed the Tuesday before memorial day and recording said closed for holiday. A WEEK BEFORE THE HOLIDAY? !? ! I should work there, Do not use this company!

I just got off the phone with Jason Howie at Insurance Express. I was having a confusing issue with the company and received two conflicting letters dated the same day, from the Citizens Insurance. I spoke with Jason, his voice was very calming and reassuring, and he made sure I felt comfortable that he would handle the situation and get back to me the same day. Within an hour he called me back, and explained that he talked to two departments to determine exactly what the situation was and helped me immensely. He is a true professional, caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. His momma raised him right, shout out to Jason Howie!

How about no stars! I have been with this company since their inception. More recently they have had the WORST customer service. I have waited on hold been told someone would call me back with no luck. I have called four TIMES! I have literally been waiting TWO MONTHS for a call back! I'm done with this garbage online service!

Extremely long wait time to talk to someone, and bad service. They also do not follow up on things like they are supposed to. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

They only answer the phone to until you buy it. If you can problem with the insurance or have any situation you are alone. Asheley sold my policy, in the beginning she answered the phone.not any more. I’m calling now the customer service and I have been 20 minutes waiting. The only line that work is for new sell

I wanted to change my Home Owners Insurance Company so reached out, on line, for quotes. Insurance Express was one of the first to respond with several comparative quotes. I chose one that I was familiar with, not only because of the price but I knew someone that uses them and highly recommended the company. Mr Clayton Fane was the person that I made the initial contact with. His response was professional, courteous and not pushy or intimidating at all. My whole experience dealing with Insurance Express has been more than satisfactory. They always return E-mails and phone calls and I can speak with a person when I phone. I highly recommend their services.
