They are listed as my agent yet I’ve never called nor stepped foot in here. I can not change this and they earn a commission off of my plan renewals. Do the math. This is downright immoral.

Terrible when you want to cancel insurance is when they say no. When the client wants, you do what you want with their money, not what they say.

Long, long wait time to speak to an agent. After 25 mins on the phone waiting for someone to answer, first agent had to transfer me to the next one. After 1 hour waiting and listening the repetitive message had to hang up. Called an agent at Subaru who sold me the insurance, and he transferred me to a “life agent”, after waiting for 8 minutes called dropped. They don’t have enough “life agents”. Do not recommend.

Martin Salvador was amazing, if i could, i would give 10 stars. He was easy to speak to, very helpfull and knowledgeable and super nice to us, will definately recommend him to all my friends.
