We recently bought a home in Bradenton and this past week we have cycled our thermostat from AC to heat, and when we went back to AC the air conditioning would not start. After getting recommended to Integrity AC we made an appointment. Our service technician was great. Went through our system with us. Ended up with a plugged drain line but also operator error on us not understanding our thermostat. Service call was $99 and we will set them up at a later time to be on a semi-yearly maintenance program.

Tech was very polite, professional and courteous. I feel confident with his service. Thank you very much.

Calls when they are on the way, professional, explains what he is doing, asks if we have any questions. Also is very aware of entering the home, is careful with his tools and wipes his feet every time he comes in or out. Have recommended this company to outhers.
