They fit me in the schedule right away and sent Andrew. That guy is GOOD! Very knowledgeable and personable. He answered my questions and helped me understand some things that I didn't know about garage door functions and performance. I was given options for spring replacements and not pressed to spend more like so many service techs try to do. Integrity Garage Door Service is the company to call for your garage door installation and repairs!

Integrity did excellent job replacing our garage door opener. Andrew was great. He arrived earlier and installation was done very fast. He explained everything and answered all our questions. This is the second time we have used them and will do it again in the future.

I tried to open my garage door but was stuck in the closed position. I called Integrity left a message and within ten minutes received a phone call back from the office.they scheduled me the same day and sent out a technician in the afternoon. He was great to work with as I was at work. He called me and explained the prob, what the price would be, and answered all questions. Fixed the door, and left but returned later to change a clip on my garage door opener that i asked him to change.he forgot to put it on, or didnt have it in his truck. I appreciated that he didnt blow it off. Very professional company from Mary I believe her name was that called me back, and Andrew the technician. I will definitely use them again for any repairs or a new garage door whichever comes first.

Saturday night I heard a loud crash in the garage. Nothing out of place but the door would not open. Called on Sunday and got a call back on Monday (LaborDay). Was able to schedule for 8 am on Tuesday. Andrew called and let us know he would be here at 7: 55. Gave us the estimate and time estimate. Got the job done in quick time. Thanks for prompt. Called Integrity as our garage door was closing and reopening many times. Andrew came out at the scheduled time diagnosed the issue and fixed everything that day. Garage door now operates much smoother with new rollers, adjustments and new opener. Excellent service.

I have problems with my garage door opening and closing. Mike comes out, greases and adjusts a couple things, that precision already did a few months before for free. Charged me $130.and still not fixed after telling me $49.00. I called, Mike came out again and said I need springs. It will take a week. I couldn't wait and started calling around. Integrity called back and said they will fix it same day. Great. Mike comes back out with a new opener and springs $800.00 later it still acting up. I call back and again Mike comes out. He said he cannot fix it without charging me. I am out $930.00 and it's still broke. Get estimates in writing ahead of time.
Per response. Nothing was determined by me. I just wanted my door fixed. Yes. They fixed things without fixing the problem I called in for, my door not opening and closing. After $930.00 of repairs, doors are still not opening and closing. This was my vacation money. I did not know you were replacing the opener until Mike showed up with it. My opener was only 5 years old. After 5 or 6 visits he still did not get my door fixed, they sent someone else out and now it works fine. After leaving bad reviews I was threatened to have to pay more to cover services I already paid for.

Such a GREAT RECOMMENDATION! He came out in about 45 minutes. Besides fixing the spring that broke, I was also missing a light that he replaced and set the clock on the keypad.
Things that I didn’t even know that needed to be fixed.
