Inspector David Burns Home Inspection report was very thorough! Prior to receiving the report, David patiently answered questions to my satisfaction. Can not ask for better service than that! Definitely recommend their service.

We were very impressed, David was thorough and got in and out of the house quickly, this was a 4pt and wind mit for a rental property with tenants. I called several other inspectors and went with Integrity because he’s the only one who actually knew what I was trying to do and didn’t say oh I can’t do that. David did a fantastic job of inspecting our home in Dade City!
He responded quickly to our call, getting the inspection done in a timely mater. He provided us with a detailed inspection report that same day. The report was precise with lots of photos for us to view since we were not present during the inspection. We had a few questions that David answered over the phone.

Brian Wilcome was very professional and prompt to respond. The report is pretty basic as I would expect, but I am disappointed that I can't get a printed copy sent to me.
Had I known that I would have selected a company that provides a printed report.
