Trevor Williams is phenomenal! I went into Integrity on a walker due to Rheumatoid Arthritis and metatarsal bones coming out the sides and bottoms of both feet. Trevor fitted me with orthotics and I no longer use the walker. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very customer oriented. The Receptionist is very helpful and cooperative. All of the personnel at the Winter Haven Integrity Office are valuable resources. There are not enough superlatives for Trevor and the staff!

"Integrity" it is the perfect name for this company! My daughter, who has CP, and I met with Damian for a consult, about braces another company made. She was in constant pain with them. Damian and his two assistance, listened, first of all, then tried to help us determine how to make the situation better. We were treated with the upmost respect and consideration. Thank you Damian and ladies. Also the lady who set up our appointment was terrific.

Excellent Service. My daughter Laura Blanchfield received foot braces. All parties very kind and helpful. Damian so helpful and kind and has gone the furthest mile to help make the braces work for my daughter. Thankful this Company was referred to us and will reccomend to others we know that may have similar needs.

My husband went to Integrity the first time for a custom ankle brace, due to issues with an unhealing ulcer and pain Damian in the Winter Haven office took a lot of time assessing and we went home with a boot as this was the best choice to try healing the ulcer. Eventually it was determined the best course of action was for custom molded diabetic shoes. We went back to Damian who took care of everything. My husband has his shoes and says they are the most comfortable and Damian made sure to add something extra to help with the ankle issues so there is no need for a brace. Integrity is not only the name of the company, it is the definition of everyone that works there! Thank you Damian for all you did, and you Dianna, when we came in with his prescription and were seen right then with no wait since Damian had a cancellation and saw us. Bless you all at integrity prosthetics.

I needed a brace for my left foot. Damian made a cast and I received the brace this week. I am still in the process of getting use to it. Damian took all the time necessary to see that it was correctly fitted. He also answered all my questions and was very professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have been elsewhere but he is top notch.

I would like to personally think everyone that works in the Winter Haven office. After losing my leg 10 months ago in a motorcycle accident. Damien and his crew. Built me a very durable leg I'm a blow the knee Very short Very proud to be walking today. The ladies in the office work very hard. Getting in me in the office every time. My husband is a double below the knee amputee. He has been a patient at Integrity for over 3 years. Damian and staff are very caring and professional as my husband went through the fitting and creation of his prosthesis. Damian takes time at every appointment to make sure any questions or concerns are answered. We would highly recommend Integrity

I'm not the type to give my review but today is different so my dad has a condition call Charcot Foot and about a year ago he was given a device call brace (boot) (from another company that I won't mention) so he was able to walk at least short distances. Because of his condition it has gotten a bit worse in the past few months he needed and adjustment from the company that provided his brace but when we called them to get the adjustment they told him that the insurance doesn't cover that and the money has to come out of pocket. We obviously had to look for another option and we did! His primary physician referred him to integrity and they helped him so much. Damian Bonagura to be more specific helped him getting the adjustment that he needed and was very kind to us in the process. I definitely recommend this place you won't regret it. They are there to help people.

The staff at Winter Haven (Julie & Damian) we’re very helpful and understanding. Somehow the appointment location got mixed up and they made adjustments to go ahead and see me. Awesome staff I highly recommend the Winter Haven branch.
