Great company! Josue the A/C tech was very professional he came to our house and repair our A/C and it’s working great I strongly recommend it.

I had Yandy as my HVAC technician he serviced my home and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He handled all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed.

Where to start. Integrity isn't just a name, they live it. My wife has been living with constant breathing problems due to allergens and potentially mold. We had Integrity install a REME HALO Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier as well as a UV light. Yandy and Josue were very courteous, answered all of my questions (there were a lot), explained everything that they were doing in detail, they called and let me know what time they were going to be there and they were there on time, they worked quickly and cleaned up everything that they did (you couldn't even tell they were there). I can't say enough about these guys, they are real service professionals. Yandy and Josue even gave me tips to prolong my unit outside due to potential build up of lawn clippings. I have had several AC companies out to my house but no one has ever treated me with the respect they did. As for the REME HALO. LIFE CHANGING. We have noticed a significant difference in air quality and my wife's breathing is much better. Thank you for everything you do! Please do yourself a favor and hire Integrity Refrigeration and A/C. They will do it right the first time!

Integrity is a company you can trust. They initially installed both of our A/C units 7 yrs ago and have been maintaining them twice a year (as recommended) ever since. For the last PM their technician Yandy serviced our units. He was on time and professional. Yandy was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time and answered our questions. Integrity always takes pics and provides a detailed report of the work that's done. We wouldn't trust our A/C's to any other company. Thanks Integrity and thank you Yandy for demonstrating your "integrity".

Bought home 2 yrs ago and contacted Integrity.
Mold was found in the attic. Mold was missed on home inspection. Immediately called integrity Ac. They responded quickly. Our problem was diagnosed and 2 UV lights were placed in air handler and vent. They are very thorough, polite and friendly. Everything is explained very well and pictures are taken. We have had 3 different techs. Have faith in all of them but Jose is our favorite and we will request him each time going forward. I have again signed another year contract. They also are very meticulous about cleaning up at jobs end. I highly recommend this company!

I had Yazzy and Josue come out and take a look at my Smart Rheem Unit, it threw some codes the night before and stopped working all together. I called them the next day, they were quick and professional and got my unit back up and running, they took the time to explain to me what caused my issues and showed me everything they had done, they also provided me with some quotes for some future services. 10/10 will do business with them again in the future, I highly recommend them.

Josue and Yandy did a great job servicing my Ac and diagnosing its problem. They were able to come out the same day I called and had my AC working in less than two hours. They had the parts I needed on hand and were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained things well. I will be using integrity again in the future.

I could not be happier with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC repairs. Billy went above and beyond to take care of our HVAC system when another company that we had been working with unfortunately did not follow through. The technicians that serviced our system were very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They took their time to explain what the problem was and to correct it. My only regret is that I had not contacted Integrity Refrigeration and A/C in the first place. They certainly live up to their name.

Awesome company! Made a call yesterday evening that our air was blowing hot. Received an email back shortly after that from the owner that a technician would be there in the morning. I was very grateful that they could get to me so quickly being this is their busiest time. I received prompt text messages in the morning keeping me informed on the exact time the technician would arrive and Yandy, the technician, was on time and very professional. Our air was up and running within the hour. We have used them in the past and they have always been on time. I recommend this company every chance I can! It’s also refreshing to hear an employee speak so highly of his employer…this speaks volume about the “Integrity” of this company

Josue and Yandy were great! I had been without AC for 3 days and another company told me it would be over a week before they could get to me. Integrity scheduled me the same day I called and were there on time as promised. They were professional, kind, and patient. They explained (as much as I could understand) what they were doing and why. They were very thorough and even taught me a few things about maintaining my AC unit. I would definitely call them again.
