Integrity Restoration, Jacksonville FL

Didn't get the pleasure of experiencing a full remediation because we had to cancel for lack of financing. But, Glen and his team set up dehumidifiers and an air scrubber in our home anyway, to help us out because of a mold issue we were having. They tried to help us as best they can and were very patient, kind and understanding. We really appreciated the care we recieved with integrity restoration and will be recommending them and utilizing them in the future!

Tldr: expensive company, use them for remediation and not restoration

Reviewing after 6 months of completed water remediation and restoration work. While the team was quick to respond to our water leak issue and provide remediation services quickly and professionally, they charge a lot. We learned after the fact that we could have had the work done for about 1/3 of the price. Looking back, I would have gone with a different company for the restoration work as they charge a major premium and the work was just okay for the price. Lots of knicks and dings on the existing cabinetry and walls, and not a whole lot of effort put into finding exact matches for damaged parts. The renovation clean up crew was such a joke. Definitely not professional cleaners.

Integrity will work with your insurance directly so you only have to worry about paying your deductible out of pocket, which seems like a major benefit, but as a result they will rob your insurance and charge whatever they want. And in turn, your insurance will drop you for making such an expensive claim and no other insurance will cover you. I could have remodeled my whole bathroom for the price they charged to restore the affected areas. We are new home owners so this was a big lesson learned.

Glen is awesome! He came out and inspected our house for mold and mildew. He was professional, courteous, very nice man! He explained everything to me so I understood exactly what I was dealing with. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing work done by Integrity Restoration. When I first found mold and water damage in my home and called them, Glenn came out immediately that same night even though it was after-hours. From the start, Glenn sounded extremely knowledgeable and assured us that he was going to take care of us - and take care of us he did.

From start to finish, Integrity was right by my side making sure everything gets done the right way. Brandon was a huge help in communicating with insurance and helping get our claim approved. If I ever had a question about the process or anything related to the mold remediation and restoration they were right there to answer it. Integrity Restoration turned a disaster into a DREAM!

We had a plumbing issue that resulted in damage to bathroom flooring, drywall, hall and adjoining bedrooms carpeting, etc. It was an extremely stressful situation, but from the very first call, Integrity handled the issue professionally, promptly and BEYOND our expectations. Glen came out quickly to assess the situation and even though this happened on Friday, Carlos was here Saturday pulling out damaged carpet and flooring. We had fans set up to dry out the affected areas and all the materials removed were bagged up and taken to be safely disposed of. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness of every call, question and SUPER happy with the team that came to do the mold remediation and repair work. Dana and her team are TOP notch and I cannot say enough good things about how she manages the work that needs to be done. Amy was our Project Manager and she was on top of every detail and made sure that every item, even down to the small things was handled! This project consisted of remediation, removal and repair, and the repair team was TOP notch too! Amy and Dana clearly communicated timelines, details and every follow-up question I had was handled promptly and professionally. Heather and Charlena in the office were always helpful on the paperwork end of things! If this review allows me to post photos, I am going to share those as well! I give Integrity 10/10 and would happily do business with them again - hopefully under more well-planned circumstances! But they took a disaster and turned it into a dream!
