5Rude staff. First time calling to schedule a physical. Receptionist cut me off, said hold, and hung up.
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS I LOVE THE STAFF AND BOTH DOCTOR JOHNSON AND DOCTOR GABRIEL JOHNSON TOO. EXCELLENT DOCTORS
Relatively new client (one previous visit). People are nice and knowledgeable. But their phone system sucks. Called just now at 12: 56pm. Was originally 15th in the queue. Held on for one hour 4 minutes, and then got disconnected! Called back and was 16th in the queue. Forget that! I was calling to reschedule an appointment, God forbid it was something actually important! Recommend the people there, but not the office unless you don't mind holding half your day.
I just incredulously shake my head when reading anything critical about this practice, it could not be further from the truth. We have been seeing Dr. Johnson and his associates for 15 years. They are the consumate professionals and are always accommodating in every aspect and situation, as well as sending us to the finest specialists when needed. We see Bob, Gabe, and Harriet for the medical care as well as dealing regularly with Donna, Lisa and others on the office staff. We just could not ask for finer care or concern anywhere.
He has been my dr since childhood and now I see his son as well. They are both very smart and very fast. Matthew cousineau. Thank you for the years of service and favors
