I missed 2 appts right after turning 18 and becoming “responsible” for my own medical care. 8 YEARS LATER, now fully aware of the importance/common courtesy of keeping appointments, I am still discharged from the practice and not allowed to make an appointment…

Myself (a type 1 diabetic), and two children (ages 14 and 5) have been seeing Dr. Mark Bilella and partners since we moved to Tampa in 2012. He has cared for each member of my family with care, empathy, concern, and a listening ear better than any other general practitioner or endocrinologist in my entire life. I couldn't imagine going to another provider for myself or my children after being introduced to him by a fellow diabetic many years ago!

He is thorough, knowledgeable (he was able to diagnose a skin issue for both my children, and offer stellar suggestions), and kind with incredible wit and bedside manner. The office staff is professional, kind, and quick to respond. A wonderful practice all around!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Mark Bilella for several years now, and we couldn't be happier with the care he provides. Dr. Bilella is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate pediatrician who truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients.

From the moment we walk into his office, we are always greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Bilella takes the time to get to know his patients and their families, and he always listens carefully to any concerns or questions we may have.

Dr. Bilella is incredibly thorough in his examinations, and he always takes the time to explain any procedures or treatments in a way that is easy to understand. He is patient and kind, and he always makes my son feel comfortable during his visits.

One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Bilella is his dedication to preventative care. He is always looking for ways to keep my son healthy and prevent any potential health issues from arising.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Bilella to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate pediatrician. He is truly one of the best in the field, and we are so grateful for all that he does for our family. Thank you, Dr. Bilella, for your outstanding care!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Demery for approximately 11 years, and have really enjoyed the caring service we have received from Dr Demery and his entire staff. Both of my children enjoy the office (as much as kids can enjoy a doctors office) ). If you are looking for a good family or pediatric physician, I would recommend Dr. Demery without reservation.

While the doctors are ‘usually’ attentive, compassionate, and sufficient with the care they provide (over the years our entire family has seen either: Tera Richey; Karen Ackley; Mark Bilella) you need to get through the front office staff first. Both my daughter and myself were told (different occasions) to go back to the ER/Urgent Care if the appointments they offered (each time 3-4 days later) were not sufficient. This is even after the ER said to follow-up with our PCP’s within 24-48 hours. Incredibly abhorrent that this is their way of ‘providing care’ while ‘covering their a$$’. I will be letting my insurance carrier know this is how they operate, especially in a time when most insurance companies try to decrease the amount of ER visits, instead promoting PCP care. Calling first thing in the AM doesn’t matter — you’re not getting through. I expressed my frustration early this week and was rewarded by being discharged from the practice because I told them the appointment 4 days later was not good enough — they released my ENTIRE family. I called back to talk to the Office Manager, asking if the calls were recorded so she could personally hear the disgraceful way the front office staff interacts with patients, and was told ‘no, we don’t record the calls’ and simply put through a Medical Records voicemail to retrieve our medical records.

Seriously, find another practice — the staff alone will put you in the hospital … LITERALLY.

Our whole family goes to this practice. The adults see Tera and our infant sees Dr. Ackley. We absolutely love the providers and staff and are always very impressed with how fast they are. We have never waited more than a few minutes past our appointment time, which is impressive for medical appointments! Dr. Ackley has been absolutely amazing- she has been patient and spent so much time answering all of our new parent questions. Highly recommend this practice!

I signed up for this place to be my primary care through my insurance. I go online, fill out their new patient packet and submit it. I reach out to ensure receipt of package, and try to set up an appointment. They ‘had nothing available and would reach out when they have a time slot open for me. Weeks go by. I get injured, go to the er, and am told to see my primary care doctor (which would be these guys) within 3 days. I call this place the next day, telling them of my recent injuries and the need to see them. They give me the same excuse- no time slots, will reach back out. Haven’t heard anything back. All of this happened Oct. 2021. Pathetic. F-me, right.

Nurses & doctors are so kind and polite recommend this place to anyone looking for a pediatrician office

Dr. Demery is not only a wonderful Dr, But he is very personable. I recommended him as a pediatrician for my 2 nephews and the Fam loves him. I have had to contact him on his off hours and he always replies right away.

I can’t say enough about this office the front office has been nothing but professional and helpful to me and Dr. Demery is the most understanding, easy to talk to and ask questions of, Doctor I have ever seen. I feel I have full attention and never rushed.

I see Tara Ritchie, ARNP and she is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Love the care she has given to my family and I. Office staff are great too.

My Son has been going here for years and this last year has been the worst.the ladies in the front office are awful so rude and will not let you finish speaking to even explain what is going on. THE FRONT USE TO BE WAY BETTER when Kaitlyn, Jasmine and Jayda ran it. I Guess it hard to find People who actually listen and Care!

Ive been coming here for the past 4 years for my daughter, Im unsure if the front desk receptionist Caitlyn still works there but she was amazing. I never had any issues.

However, whoever is the NEW receptionist is awfully RUDE. Wouldn't even let me finish addressing my concerns for my daughter. BEWARE!

I was so disappointed today at my kids appointment we been coming to this office for so long never had any problems until we were leaving first the girl took the paper out of my hands very roughly very unpleasant saying I was done then I was trying to make another appointment for my other son she was very rude telling me there was no appointments available for next week she even got loud with me I felt horrible very unprofessional the way I was spoken made me very uncomfortable and sad. There was a nice gentlemen in the front who told us go around he was very pleasant able to help. I usually don’t like to complain, but this was very unacceptable. ️

I have been going to Dr Demery for more than 5 years and he is an outstanding human been and doctor. However, today I was forced to change primary physician after being treated very poorly by the office staff who has shown no integrity in dealing with patients. I hope the office can improve, but so far it only got worse over time.

My whole family comes to see Dr Demery and we have been for the better part of my life (at least 15 years of it) and I’d change insurance companies or pay out of pocket before I went anywhere else. The care and attention I receive when I need it most is insurmountable. I will forever recommend dr frank to anyone wanting a thorough, caring, honest and highly intelligent doctor for yourself or family! Thank you for everything dr frank!

Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Always responds to questions or requests within 24 hours. Always keeps me informed and is open and honest with me. Cannot say enough good things.

I was going to be a new patient. I had to cancel my first initial appointment two times because of extenuating circumstances. I had a reaction to the first vaccine and I'm a caretaker. These are not normal circumstances, and after two cancellations, the manager called and tried to apologize for an oversight. They turned me away. Very very unprofessional. No compassion whatsoever. Would not recommend them.
