Every time you call (when you are able to speak with a person) they tell you something different. Untrained professionals. Unable to resolve problems.

We have to pay taxes but cant even call and get answers or decent customer service. Cant set up an appointment or anything, cant talk to anyone or ask any questions. Bs.

Have been trying to call for an appointment over my never received 2020 tax refund. Called probably 100 times. Not accepting calls, tthen disconnects. Went in person. Rude security guard said cannot make appts there. My congressman is useless. Our govt at its finest.

A government office that does NOT allow for appointments regardless of how many times you try. Can't make an appointment online either.

It’s quite messed up that people can’t get a hold of the government for our tax payments from 2 years ago! If we owed them money they would of done anything to get it!

Been waiting the longest time for my 2019 taxes as well as now my 2020 taxes and was told I have to wait another 16 additional weeks again.

Don’t answer calls or respond to emails with no info at all! Im not even sure if they read them

When I called took over a week before I could get ahold of some one and the first thing they said was get to the point when I said how are you doing today, when they finally answered the phone. I guess it doesn't matter when they don't have to answer to anyone cause they are the end all be all.

I had to go in a verify my identity and updated all my information and I still type it in on get my payment and it show error the information is incorrect like how is my information incorrect

Been calling them 3 times this morning trying to get a person to find out N information and it kept going straight to machine! What a waste of my time

Awful Customer service! This office has no instructions on where to go or an actual person to talk to! The security guard was rude. I called the office several times and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. It’s just annoying!

Came for filing documents. There is a sign posted that says "wait for Security to answer". NO ONE would answer the door. It's not lunch time. I traveled a long way, just to be ignored.
