3An irs employee named sue Rutledge does not need to work for irs. It seems that they forget that they work for American people and we there is no need to be out and out rude and condescending to anyone. She needs to go through more training.
This place has earned zero stars. Most useless place I have ever seen. The employees are rude and incompetent. They claim not to have the information when I filed my taxes. Waited an hour for the person to hang up. The second being threaten by employee for asking a question. None of the employees know how to do their job and don't want to help anyone. Corruption at its finest.
Rude woman at the front desk told me I'd have to wait a month to get an appointment and it was my fault for not making an appointment before. WHEN I DIDNT NEED THEIR help. And now that I do "that's just how it is so call the auto ated number is because Its not my job to get you an appointment"
