Giving 1 star is only to be able to write. This message is directed to those people who are cautious before carrying out any action, I hope they read before they see themselves trampled by the mob of ill-mannered, conflictive, lying reactive people who work in this company (Ariel, Alberto, Carlos) before charging you. They smile, and after they pocket your money they tell you that they can't serve you because they have to serve customers, ATTENTION What do you understand by customers? Before I disburse the money I am a customer and after I paid, what am I supposed to be? Be sensible when choosing the place where you are going to leave your money, trust your data and at least treat you with respect, dignity and a pinch of empathy. Things that these 3 unqualified to deal with human beings lack. There are other types of jobs, but in the meantime, if you like getting paid while yelling, offending, not listening carefully, not paying attention, if you are not proactive, analytical, empathetic, problem solver, customer service, collaborator.you don't fit in.the profile of someone who works in front of the public, just find something else to do. Not to mention other dirtier matters.
I will not put the details here (for now), because fortunately the US has places to officially present the complaints that have to be made, whether due to abusive clauses, bad treatment, offenses, lack of response or solution to the problems that have arisen. The broken record of I can't, it's not my responsibility, I don't have time for you, you don't have to come and tell me what I have to do, this is how it is and if you don't like it, go somewhere else, all that arrogance and Petulance plus the abusiveness of their "conditions" are things that are worth sending to review where appropriate.
