8Make sure that you keep you receipts! Office employees forget to post payments. Every two week they kept sending me a bill for an office visit that I paid before seeing the doctor.
If you want a good dermatologist with the best best patient care, this is the place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Completely unprofessional staff, went to sign up for a study and after 45 minutes of waiting and several requests to speak to someone I left. This was a complete waste of my time, the staff could care less and they showed total lack of concern or empathy. Office manager was no where to be found, I really don’t know how they can conduct any studies properly if they don’t even take care of the patients on the first visit!
They don’t care about your appointment time
No explanation, the office completely empty and we are wait for more tha 50 min
Bad bad customer services
This place has wonderful service. Everyone is so sweet. I was very pleased. After trying out many different dermatology places Dr. Ariel Sotolongo helped me to finally get rid of my acne.
Don’t be fooled, Mr Ariel Sotolongo is not a doctor, he is a nurse. What a waste of money and time, awful.
Maribel was amazing! Very honest and so sweet, nothing better than someone who puts love into what they do. So satisfied with my results. I will definitely be going back.
