I spent $400 on a sterling silver necklace. I tried to get some money for it Everyone wanted to give me $5 to $20 for it. Completely overpriced! Very disappointed!

All luxury watches have a 20 to 30% higher price compare with the market. They said because they give the customer a 1 year guarantee (many places on the internet offer the same guarantees or more), also if you want to make a trade they do not give you anything for the value of your watch. I do not recommend this place.

My Fiance and I are absolutely thrilled with IDC's staff and service. They were nothing but helpful and super kind. I went in there to shop for an engagment ring and when it was time for my now fiance to go in and purchase, they made it so easy for him. They had all my information, the rings I loved and my size! I highly highly recommend Katelyn, she made our experience so much fun and stress free! We will be definitely going in there for our wedding bands!

Just walked in to purchase an engagement ring. Free sales ppl all over the store and not one person acknowledged me.

I called today to get an update on a ring my husband ordered and the lady I talk to said she was going to give me a call back. Witch never happened and he ordered the ring about a month ago. Kind of disappointed. Very long wait

Not a very good selection. Didn’t see anything worth looking at for wedding bands. The diamond selection wasn’t that great either. This is the second time I went in and not much to see. I feel like if the jeweler would have helped me try on other options, I possibly would have found something but he didn’t try at all.

I gave the international diamond center five stars. As soon as you walk through the door they welcome you with open arms. They are kind courteous and very professional. A special shout out to Veronica she went out of her way to take care of my needs. You guys are awesome!

The customer service at International Diamond was perfect great group of people i would recommend them to other.

My now husband and I had an amazing time shopping for my custom engagement ring and wedding band. Regardless of the price point, we were treated so so well on each and every visit to the store. I am so thankful this is where we purchased!

We visited the IDC Clearwater for the first time yesterday and I can’t give enough compliments. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, the displays and jewelry are breathtaking and then the customer service was the best we have ever experienced buying jewelry. The staff was interested in what we wanted beyond the dollar amount and down to the reason and emotion we wanted the piece. After explaining that we were searching for several pieces (wedding bands and our sons K- Graduation gift) the staff went above an beyond to help us find the most perfect pieces- all individually unique for the person receiving. They provided professional guidance on color matching & quality but never pushed to put it above our vision. I am so happy to say after several jewelers we have found BOTH our wedding bands and our sons graduation gift. Thank you to the amazing staff at IDC for everything. We will be visiting again soon.

Ordered a necklace 4/30/21 was promised the necklace would be in on 5/7/21. It was not in nor was it in the next day. I was issued a refund. Rita just called me today and told me the necklace I ordered was in 2 full weeks after it was ordered and a week late. When I informed her I got a refund she verified it and hung up the phone. Will not go back

Haven’t even left the parking lot and I have to get on here and RAVE about our experience at IDC! First of all we walked in and met with David. I had no idea what I really wanted but David was there to help guide us through the process and helping me (us) decide which engagement ring would fit my personal preference (that I never knew I had!) David made the experience one of a kind. I highly recommend this store but if you can grab David as your salesman you will be very pleased!
