Got the job done. I do wish they had people there to answer question during normal hrs. No one answers calls during the day even had problems reaching at night.

I been going to Dr Haft a long time. I have always found him to be very professional and courteous.
I have had various issues with my eyes and few times needed to see him on short notice. The staff, all of them are very courteous have always accommodated me. Appointments are kept on time unlike some Drs where you wait and wait. I highly recommend this practice. Parking is right upfront.

The place itself is hard to find in the dark. Row upon row of professional suites without good lighting. After that it was delightful. The technician was friendly and competent. The facility was clean, but a bit chilly for me. Bring your heavy blanket here.

I must mention the tech Jeanine was an awesome person and the absulute right person for the job. Very kind and so considerate. She had a wealth of knowledge. I went for this study with a positive attitude. I was certain it was going to work. I was so tired of living the way I was. Falling asleep driving, falling asleep at work as well as when sitting and trying to read something important, or waiting for my food at a restaurant after ordering, or just sitting talking. I responded very well to this treatment. The mask took a minute to get use to. I slept through the night waking up just once because my shoulder was hurting. I felt so refreshed and ready to go in the morning. It's now been 6 hours from the time i left there and have no signs of being tired. Thank you God that there was an answer to my suffering. I can't wait for the results to get to my doctor and getting the equipment. I want to spend every night between now and when i receive the equipment at the International Institute Of Sleep to keep from having anymore suffering.

Location difficult to find. Dark secluded parking lot. Paint badly peeling in bathroom and sheets stained and Frayed. Communication with LW location poor.

Everything went well, the only complaint is that they let clients in earlier than 8 as it seems to take an hour to process them and then they have to leave so early. I recommend they come in at 7

As nice an experience as one can have with wires all over one’s head. Nonetheless, Marie was professional, kind, and almost made it fun. Room was pleasant, nice TV, comfortable bed. I slept well, went home next morning. Overall, a positive experience, largely due to Marie’s professionalism.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable. Not much more to say being I was sleeping.
