This office is incredible. I could not more highly recommend coming here, specifically to see Dr. Sher. One of the best doctor’s offices I’ve been to in Miami.

Explain how my appointment was at 8: 45 am & they did not enter me until 9: 52 am. Sitting in the most uncomfortable chair! Staff is very unprofessional as well. The only upside was Dr. Brown with his kindness.

Wow what an amazing trip to see my new orthopaedic. Dr. Sophia Deben is an awesome doctor. Not only was she caring, super read me knowing I was nervous about my procedure she educated me on some other alternative methods I should look into. I'm 6'3 and she treaded me like she has been knowing me all of my life. Dr
Devon you rock and you are equally as beautiful as you are kind. Keep up the great work that a Dr is suppose to take care of their patients

Dr. Sher is the best. He saw me for a pulled hamstring. I am now recovering and able to run. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

The office and Dr Sher have been an excruciating and debilitating experience. I suddenly without incident couldn’t walk or straighten my leg. My initial appointment was canceled and could not be rescheduled for 12 days. Registering in the office they couldn’t manage to spell my name right even with my drivers license in front of them. I was also force to acknowledge his lack of insurance to see this Dr. - this should have been a clue to the treatment I then received. As a new patient with European insurance I was told I would pay 450$ for the visit including X-rays. By this time as my leg was locked into a bent position everything hurt. Dr Sher reviewed the poor quality X-rays and declared the problem to be in my back. He obviously did not listen to what had happened. He did not touch me or ask me to walk. This was pre Covid in Florida- Feb 2020. He then canceled all patients for a period due to Covid. My walking or health was non essential to him. I did physical therapy for my back- which was only being stressed from my limp- the physical therapy was only causing more stress. A follow up appointment after he began seeing patients again was equally fruitless. Never examined me or asked me to walk. Luckily I could fly to Germany and have my knee scoped 4 weeks ago. I had a badly tore meniscus which had wrapped into my knee and a bone spur. But over the months of not being treated had build a webbing which they could remove but the surgery was nearly 2 hours. Now I am almost four weeks into working on straightening my leg. This process is extremely painful. My knee suffered a lot of damage in those weeks and I will now have botox injections in my knee to hopefully allow me to straighten my leg and walk normally. I developed an infection in my hip (bursitis) most likely to do with the limping. Prior to this incident I was a healthy- active educator with busy lifestyle including walking and reformer pilates. A correct diagnosis would have saved me months of agony and a much faster post surgical recovery and avoiding the excruciatingly painful process of straightening my leg.

I don't think I've actually ever written a review but I felt inclined to let people know the inadequacies of this so-called surgeon. I went to Dr. Sher complaining of 10 years of shoulder pain. The pain was starting to go into my neck which is what prompted me, again, to try and figure out what was going on; I was seen and x-rays were taken. The doctor came into the room, spent all of 5 minutes with me and said (and I quote), "Well, you're too young to have shoulder issues so maybe its some compression in your neck. " He ordered me 3 weeks of physical therapy - where there the therapist treated both my neck and my shoulder. The therapist expressed he thought I may have a labrum tear given the instability present (which I had also described to Dr. Sher). 3 week of therapy didnt help so I went back to Dr. Sher as instructed and paid my $50 to see him. He all but stood at the door and said "I still think youre too young for shoulder issues so Ill order an MRI of your neck. " Lets remember, I went in complaining of 10 years of pain in my shoulder - why wouldnt you have at least ordered an MRI of both?
I went to see a different PT to get some harder therapy on my shoulder and they ordered an MRI. The MRI showed not only a tear in my labrum, but a tear in my supraspinatus muscle (rotator cuff), bicep tendosis, bursitis in my deltoid, and arthritis in my AC joint. Im set to have surgery in a couple weeks with a real surgeon.
