Interstate All Battery Center, Lakeland FL

I've come to this location several times for service on diff batteries and they ha e been nothing but welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to help! Maddison has been just amazing. Thank you interstate!

We called ahead of time to ensure the battery was available so we drove an hour to get it. When we got there.they told us that they did not have it. Ended up with a different one but not the one we called about. Not the best customer service.

Went here on 11/7/23 for a battery that dates states it was sold to me on 12/2022 with a one year warrant they refused to honor the warranty with no reason the manager just continued to beat around the bush with all these reason he can’t replace it but never could tell me an actual reason why horrible customer service will not buy anything from them

We all hate it when we need a new battery, but good news interstate batteries has taken away the pain and you leave with money in your pocket and a new battery!

Go to this place. They care. I was walking out the door because O'Reilly's had the same battery for 20 bucks less. Less of a warranty but same battery. Office manager stopped me we verified it was the same battery O'Reilly's had and he matched the price and I got 6 months longer on the warranty. They have my business info ever need batteries again. Thanks guys. You care about the customer and your what you do.

We stopped to see if they had the battery for my disabled daughters scooter. They immediately found what we needed and changed the batteries out for us. They were so nice and I would recommend them to everyone!

Thought I would have my new battery installed by them, but they sent me some place else for the install, spent 200 dollars and now I have to spend another 200 to get it installed at another place

I needed two batteries for my mobility scooter and interstate battery had them. They are very helpful and friendly people. The young man who worked in there, carry the batteries too much work for me as I’m disabled. I highly recommend interstate batteries

Had a battery that was right at 2 years that was starting to get a bad cell. They found out about the bad cell. Changed out the battery. And told me my 2-year starts over again. Very nice people

I have had other batteries but I seem to replace them all the time, just get the good battery the first time when replacing the old

I own a pressure washing company and have used interstate batteries to power my truck, pressure washing machine and my softwash machine. These are the most reliable batteries on the market. Long life as well. I highly recommend using these batteries in any and all machines. Plus the owners are a local family.

Very helpful. Gave me all my options. Helped me sort out a difficult fit and cabling problem on a motorcycle. I am happy with their knowledge and service.

Staff was very professional and courteous and took good care of me I would highly recommend buying a battery from these folks

Was my first time in this store, and the I see first in a store, is the customer service, and here was Awesome, I explain my problem, and them send me to the Docks areas, and CHARLS work with my car the way awesome and with LOT KNOWLEDGE.
