Friendly, welcoming staff. I wasn't kept waiting at all after i finished the initial paperwork. The doctor listened to me and is trying some new things if I agree. Overall, my visit with thus office was very positive.

This pain facility has the best doctors and PAs. Dr Valentine and Dr Calderin have been just fantastic in helping me deal with my spondylolisthesis and knee pain. They spend quality time with me and are well trained in providing options too. I am so thankful to this hard working staff for their time and expertise with me.

I was very impressed with Dr. Valentine. He is knowledgeable, friendly, explained my options well. It was a very positive experience. He is a really good doctor and a cool guy.

I don't like to write negative reviews about my dry cleaners so having to write one about a medical practice is appalling. But, I won't return to this group, ever. One visit was enough. While the MD was fair, the office itself is absolutely filthy. There is a 1/2 inch of dust on the fake plants in corners, the carpet is moldy and smelly and the "exam" room was filled with empty cardboard boxes and junk. The nursing staff is a joke and the "nursing station" is cluttered, with half empty coffee cups and other garbage cluttering the desk, the walls are littered with out of date fliers and notices. How a medical staff can effectively work in such chaos is beyond me. Do they do invasive procedures here? In filth? How? As for the rules and regulations, privacy and informed consent. I felt I was signing my life away, all the do's and don't of controlled meds, the invasive questions and the perjorative assumptions that pain patients all (and only) want opioids. IF (god help you) you are a medical marijuana client, you are not worthy of their help. I am an adult. I can make my own decisions about medication. So I am prescribed an opioid, but forbidden some weed on occasion? I want to use the medicine that will NOT cause respiratory or cardiac arrest, and will not create an addiction where none previously existed, but works for my pain and spasms. Moving on. They can keep the filthy surroundings and the negative attitudes. I know I can find better medical care elsewhere.

I was lucky to be called because of a cancellation today or I would have had to wait until August 29 for nerve testing. A little confusion checking in because of paperwork but I got it all done. The doctor is fantastic. She explained everything as the test progressed and told me where I was at for surgery. I would definitely recommend her for nerve testing.

Doctors don’t listen when we talk it’s like why bother. WELL don’t expect that here with Dr Calderon think that’s how you spell her name. She is the best doctor I have seen in Florida in 50 years. She listens, I mean truly listens and takes the time to explain everything to you. She has single handed helped me when no one else would. Doctors should learn from her, this is how you treat a human being. Thank you.

Really the only problem I have is if you don't have insurance and you're paying out of pocket it is very expensive. My last visit was $230. How can somebody afford $230 out of pocket if they don't have insurance. And even getting insurance is expensive because you have to continue paying for your insurance and then you still have a crazy co charge. And then you have to pay the pharmacy to have your medication filled and the price for your medications are ridiculous.
