I had an amazing experience at Intracoastal Dermatology. I went in for an annual screening and if they saw a concern that needed to be treated they did it it right then there. My last Dermatologist would have had one appointment for screening and then four more appointments just for treatment which was just a waste of time for me. I would definitely recommend Intercostal Dermatology.

Dr. O’Connell’s calm and reassuring style, her knowledge and recommendations, the friendly and helpful front desk staff — all are reasons I go to this practice! All my family members see her and I highly recommend her to everyone who has particular skin care needs. There are many derm in FL- finding one to trust and feel comfortable with is important.

Dr Adkisson is very thorough and takes the time to address my concerns. She and the entire Intracoastal Dermatology staff go out of their way to provide excellent care. I highly recommend Intracoastal Dermatology!

I had a hard time finding this place. There's alot of paperwork to fill out. The appointment felt rushed and, it took less then 10 minutes. The copay was 75 dollars and it was not even worth it. I feel like I wasted money and, I will not go back.

Dr. Michelle McBride at Intracoastal Dermatology is a miracle worker. I lived with extremely itching ankles and legs for 2 years. Doctors gave me creams and temporary fixes; but, it just wouldn't go away. Dr. McBride diagnosed the problem quickly. The itching stopped the first day and the skin condition was gone in a few days more. What a wonderful, competent Doctor she is!

I strongly recommend Intracoastal Dermatology. The entire staff from front to back were exemplary. Dr O'Connell assisted by Brandi provides excellent care; with kindness, patience and knowledge. Its so important to me to have healthcare providers who takes time to listen, examine and make recommendations based on my specific needs. Very professional staff from the receptionists to the medical assistants, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. PA Melissa Singleton is very professional, she knows her stuff and she is efficient. My wait time was less than 5 minutes and as soon as I was called to the back they went to work on me lol. The facility is nice and clean, and I am definitely looking forward to returning. 5 star experience for sure!

Dr. O'Connell and her entire staff are very professional. I had 2 moles removed before I could even finish the paperwork. Outstanding is all I can say about Intracoastal Dermatology.

This is a great practice with a great staff. I have been seeing Dr. Adkisson several times a year for the past 6 years. She is always very thorough and professional. I highly recommend for any one requiring competent and experienced dermatological care.

Follows covid protocol. Does a complete observation of your body to make sure you do not have a skin problem. If a problem is found, it is fixed.

I has my annual full body skin exam done and they also answered other questions. Asked me about my previous issue as well as asking about née issues. I felt very comfortable.

Outstanding, Doc O'connell is very caring and thorough she will address any concern that you may have. Here staff are wonderful as well, I am very happy she is staying in Jax!

This place was highly recommended by a couple of my peers and I was really looking forward to seeing one of the doctors. However, I’ve been trying to make an appointment for the last month. The customer service is terrible and they need to fix their phone lines. I would rather wait on hold until someone can answer my call than leave a voicemail that won’t get returned. I’m super disappointed but there’s lots of other great dermatologists in my area.

Best doctor appointment I have had in a while. Dr. O’Connell sat down to talk to me and addressed all of my concerns without making me feel rushed and was very compassionate. Thank you very much to the doctor and all the staff.

New patient paperwork completed in advance facilitated the check in process. Wait time for the doctor was approximately 3 minutes! The practice had spaced appointments and personnel were wearing masks and it was a very safe environment during the corona virus outbreak. Dr. Adkinsson was very professional and knowledgeable and knew immediately what my problem was. She prescribed 2 medications and I was out of there in approximately 10 minutes with follow up appointments made.

Dr Oconnell is the best Dermatologist. I have been going to Dr Oconnell since 2014 I am so pleased with Dr Oconnell and her staff. The wait is never too long.
