Intuition Ale Works, Jacksonville FL

Swung by Intuition downtown on a Wednesday night. They had a Harry Potter trivia event going in the back room. Front of house was pretty slow but very clean and welcoming modern environment. Was given good advice on some brews by the bartender to try and the service was great. 21 brews on tap in the front house and a few pinball machines to play. Parking is free as long as their lot in the back has space. Will return on a busier night and grab some food aswell.

I don’t usually leave reviews, and enjoyed the food and drinks here. However, my friend has a medical condition and several bartenders/bouncers came up to us thinking she was intoxicated (she had not been drinking). One of them said “it’s a bad look” and made us all very uncomfortable since she cannot control her medical condition. Will not be returning, and we feel very embarrassed after saying several times she has a medical condition.

Good beer but if you're going to close your kitchen 2 hours before closing, it should probably just be on your menu.

They won’t do flights, I guess? They said they do if they aren’t busy, but then the two barkeeps joked about being too busy and pour a glass instead

Beer is good, setting is nice. Customer service is inconsistent. I’ve had good experiences in the past. Recently some staff seemed rude and abrasive which makes for a less enjoyable experience and not worth it.

Me and 5 friends ate lunch here on Saturday. We ate downstairs. I had the empanadas and sweet potato fries. I also had a Framboise inspired beer that was amazing. A friend really enjoyed the pulled pork and another said the burger was really good. The food came out quickly and was great. I was expecting so-so food and a great beer focus but honestly both were great.
We then went to sit on the 2nd floor to enjoy the weather. The view was great, there was a bathroom upstairs which was convenient.
It was very quiet on Saturday afternoon, I saw multiple people with baby strollers, I will definitely be back with my baby because it was enjoyable and seemed baby friendly.

My wife and I ordered the grilled chicken BLT and without doubt it was the worst grilled chicken sandwich we've ever had. The chicken was tough, it had no flavor and was dry. Also the bread was not fresh and basically fell apart in your hands. Our friends had smashburgers and had a similar experience, a flavorless sandwich with stale bread. I would never plan to eat at intuition ale works again.

A great place to hang out while you’re waiting for the rain to clear. I enjoyed the pick 4 sampler and the fried cauliflower.

This the premier microbrewery in North Florida. The staff are awesome. The brewers are elite. I sampled 10 different beers - all 5 star. The ambiance of the brewery has a great feel to it. Rooftop views of Jacksonville are lit. Do bother with any other place for

Great place to go before the jags games. Nice roof top over looking the street. You can see all the traffic of the game up close and personal. Drinks are ok. Food is just ok. Not a big selection

Great place to enjoy a cold one. They have a wonderful selection of craft beer. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They also operate as a venue for all your business and social needs.

Intuition Ale Works is always a chill spot! This sweet Duval location has a great selection of craft beers. My husband and daughter share a birthday and this year was special since it was her first birthday. We decided to throw a fun neighborhood pool party with friends and family. We ordered two kegs directly from Intuition because you should always support local. The service was so welcoming! Brad and Lindsay were so helpful throughout the process. When we returned the kegs we hung out and the bartender was on point. Forgot his name but we enjoyed our happy hour and cannot wait to go back.

Loved it here! They have several of their beers on tap with enough variety for pretty much anyone (I'm a porter/stout person, and was pleasantly surprised to see multiple options to fit my style!) - Kitchen has a decent variety of food beyond the usual "pizza or burger" that most bars or taprooms offer (I got the chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries).
Would DEFINITELY come back here if I'm in town again!

Im a craft beer guy and this place hits the spot. The I-10 is a classic and everything else I’ve tried from their selection has been great. Haven’t tried the food but that’s not really what you go here for.

Dropped by not knowing anything on local craft beer but the staff was really accommodating and help me choose the right one that i would enjoy.
Fair price and nice hang out place.

Ugh. MEDIOCRE AT BEST-Brisket too salty to eat. Asked for a water-bar tender poured it from the bar sink tap. Food service took over 45min with an expeditor rude and acts like you work for them while you pick up your food.

The only reason I come here is for the location. They don’t have a diverse selection of beer (they all taste the same), and the food is downright awful. I’d rather go to Burger King than eat that burger again. Actually, it tasted just like Burger King. My brother had the pulled pork sandwich and it was very dry and over cooked. He didn’t finish it and that is saying something. You also have to wait in line to order anything, no service at all. Disappointed because the location is great, and it has a cool rooftop.

Great people at Intuition Ale Works, thanks so much for supporting Ukraine! Delicious triple Belgian is worthy of a visit by itself, add in some pinball and yeah good times!

First time at this location and Nick provided outstanding service. Very informative and gave us great recommendations of the beers on tap. Thank you again Nick!
