Phenomenal customer service. I was looking for a specific piece that I couldn’t find anywhere. I was able to describe what I wanted and they had it ordered in time. Not only that but it’s also local family owned business. The only jeweler I will go to from now on.

I took in 2 watches for repair and the young man fixed them both while I waited, and I only waited about 10 minutes. Nice to see a young man take up the Trade of watch repair!

They are extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable and helpful; if they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, they will move heaven and earth to get it for you! Wow! I can’t rave enough about Uptown Jewelers and Phyllis! She, Toya and her staff are SOOO accommodating, patient, and have wonderful ideas, suggestions, and a vast selection of jewelry! My fiancé and I came to choose our wedding bands and her ideas came to life! Absolutely amazing! We can’t wait to see our final bands! We can’t thank you enough, you are absolutely incredible! I bought a watch and charms for my Pandora bracelet. I also had the bracelet cleaned. They did a phenomenal job! I used to have it cleaned at a different jewelry store but was never happy with the outcome so I decided to try Uptown Jewelers. It looks brand new! I’m thrilled!
They are dog and cat friendly!

All of the employees here are friendly and happy to help. The store is beautiful and clean and I would highly recommend that everyone should stop by if they have the chance. Everyone was super helpful and nice the entire time.

I can’t say enough good about Phyllis and her staff. They are amazing…Honest! They are good for their word. I brought my bracelet in for a repair. The made my bracelet look brand new and it looks like new. It had some issues and they were professional, courteous and overall just good people. I will forever be a client. I finally found someone I trust with my precious jewelry. They have such respect for their clients and their jewelry. I’m forever grateful! Thank you Phyllis you are a true gem.

This store has been there for me every step of the way! Ever since I started dating, to the engagement, and wedding day (and beyond) they always fought to get me the best prices and services! They really do care, and become friends that never try to push you to into purchases. I hope I can still be shopping here in 20 years for all of our anniversaries!

We have not only shopped at this jewelry store but had some repairs done and even a custom diamond necklace made. Can’t say enough about their work plus how friendly the staff is, they make you feel like you are walking into a friend’s home.
