Two good things are that they had stock of something nobody else did and nice customer service.

They put the few items I ordered in an extra large box with no bubble wrap or baking paper and shipped it to tumble around together and potentially get damaged. Luckily, no real permanent damage was done to any of the items, just some scrapes, but they got lucky. If my items would have been damaged beyond use, it would have delayed my job and shipping cost me $37.80. What a rip off.

I bought a product that was not described very well. There were some issues with customer service, but I think it was resolved satisfactorily. Just have a return I need to ship out.

Helped with the order but I realized that the recommended inverter was much more than I needed. I assumed this was due to the MPPT (needed three) but later found that the 5K inverter was the same. Other than that it all went well and is working perfectly now.

Purchased and paid for 2 items, a MPPT and an Inverter, Both Victron.

48 hours later i received a condescending email asking if i realized the USA wasn't 220V.

Further down i was informed the MPPT was out of stock for at least 6 weeks and the inverter was not in stock and they had no intention of getting it in.

This is straight thievery, they do not have the items listed on their website and have no intention of fulfilling orders. No refund so far either.

The item was received damaged. It has been returned and a replacement requested. Need replacement a.s. A.p. Installers awaiting these items.

The MidNite Solar Classic that came with the complete off-grid solar system took a dump and it was going to take a few weeks to get the warranty done to fix it. So I ordered a similar one from Inverter Supply after a extra few days and a phone call wondering why it was taking so long to ship it and get a tracking number, I had one that day and was delivered in a couple of days.

It was an easy transaction. Timely delivery and we thank the dealer for such a good response.

I paid for the expedited shipping and it arrived late. I called and the extra cost was refunded and my project was successfully completed in a timely manner still.

Don't buy this company, they sent the wrong item and then they give a lot of excuses for not change it

Don't order from them unless you know about the up to 35% restocking fee. I accidentally ordered a 24V inverter instead of 12V someone told me to order the wrong one. They are charging me a 20% $330.00 restocking fee plus I have to pay for shipping back which makes it around $400 or more. I can see me paying for shipping both ways but they are ridiculous fees. I am going to order the correct one from someone else.
