Professional. They won't push the sale, they'll just ask a few questions what's important to you. They also will say IF your interested we are running specific sales. In my case buy 2 get 4 free. They will check fit and make adjustments. Incredibly knowledgeable

The store was clean and well organized. Julio and his team created such a fun and informative environment. It felt natural to take advantage of such a great promotion and after getting to know my style Julio was able to present me quality options without it feeling pushy. I had such a great experience it was easy to commit to buying my wedding party gifts with Julio and Invicta. I have been a fan for a long time but have not been into the store. This is the only way I will continue to shop, seeing Julio and his team and bringing friends/family to enjoy their Invicta experience! Thank You

Was told they don’t change watch batteries on Saturdays, even though there were at least 6 employees standing around doing nothing. I am a collector and I will never step back in this store. Guess you just want to sell the watches not take care of the customer after the sale. If I could give zero stars I would. This was the third Invicta store today that we visited in Orlando since we were from out of town that wouldn’t change the battery.

Please give Invicta a visit when you're in Orlando. It is my official go-to place for sexy watches. Julio was the best. He helped me find what I was looking for and even adjusted the band. Great watches, great deals and even greater service.

Staff was great, very attentive, friendly. They had two deals, buy one get one free and also buy two and get four free for equal or lesser value. I got two great watches from the diamond collection. Pretty great day

Julio was my sales person on 6/13. Love the buy 2 and get 4 free. Saved 1K on watches. His customer service is superb. Being a customer service manager I pay attention to detail and he was very attentive to me and others who walked in. He was able to multi-task several customers in the store at one time. He even sized all my watches within 10 mins. Great customer service.

This location in Florida gets 5 stars from me. We went in on yesterday May 07,2022. Enery was awesome he made sure we got to know the sales. We had laughs and all. The store smelt amazing when we walked in it made me want to shop. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We took advantage of the great deal and walked away with some nice watches. Awesome team!

Caution when buying, check your invoice because they bill you for guarantees without being offered or requested and then they do not answer about the request for a refund of the money of something not requested.

Hector is a awesome sales manager. He made sure I was totally happy with my purchase. When my Groom's get their gift they will be happy too!

This store it’s normally a good option but the guy that was working 10/17 @ 2pm was very rude for no reason to me and my wife. We bought 6 watches during the last 18mo. Will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed.

Dont bother coming to this store. Apparently they charge you 14.99 to size a watch that was purchased from INVICTA STORE! When I called to express my frustration Carlos / Assistant store manager was extremely defensive and stood by “their policy”. Ive called 2 other Invictas and even checked their website and everyone says watches from Invicta are free sizing for a LIFETIME! Ive never had this problem with Invicta before, but Great way to lose a customer thanks to Carlos Invicta sure knows how to pick their staff.

One of the worst shopping experiences on my vacation. Waited 40 minutes just to get a price on a watch. Only had one young lady working when I first went in after standing in the story for quit a while a second young man came out of the back of the store to go direct to what seemed like a regular customer and yet I still waited for a price in the mean time I looked up the prices on Invicta. Com and got the online price when I got the store price it was 4 times the online price so why would one shop here buyer beware of pricing shop around

The worse customer service ever! There's only 2 locations in the area that can replace watch batteries. I took my watches to the Premium outlet and was informed they were short on help and it would take 5 days to replace batteries in 4 watches. I gave them an extra day and the watches were never repaired. The manager, Jessica, really did not have a reason why they were not repaired in a timely manner and I was told to come back after 1PM because the person who repairs the watches would not be in until then. Horrible customer service!
