Nevermind policies, repairs, etc. Just flat our rude attitude and they have no clue or care in the world for quality customer service. I will never go here again and will certainly try to warn everyone I could not to EVER go here either. Check out Chronos boutique in the same mall, and ask for Ariel. AMAZING!

Had to replace three batteries in my Invicta watches that were less than a year old. One of the watches is my everyday watch. The next day after having the battery replaced the crystal started fogging up after a half an hour of use. The people that work there have no business replacing batteries as they have no idea what they're doing. I know Invicta watches are not high end, but this is ridiculous. Save your money and go elsewhere.
