Invisible Fence, Sebastian FL

We had a wonderful experience with the Invisible Fence dealership in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. So when we relocated to Vero Beach in August, 2021, we naturally contacted the local dealership for installation and service. The installation was delayed due to Covid issues, which, of course, is not the fault of the company. However, after that situation resolved itself, numerous issues arose. A break happened when our landscaper inadvertently cut the line. A call to fix it was met with a 2-3 week delay. Another break happened with the same resultant delay. Then we determined that the wire was put on our neighbor’s property which we learned when their irrigation service provider cut it. The wire was virtually laid next to the sprinkler head. Despite our contract for service and despite the placing of the wire on our neighbor’s property, we were again told it would be 2-3 weeks before the fence could be fixed. Our contractor was able to fix it temporarily while we awaited the service persons. A subsequent break happened while we were on vacation. We came home to find the fence down and a phone call elicited the same response……3 week delay. We would still be awaiting that service call, except we switched to Dog Watch here in Vero Beach, and are quite pleased with their service. If I could have left this review with a 0 star, I would have. It is a shame because the dealership in New Smyrna Beach was top notch, on a par with the Dog Watch dealer here.
