Very Nice and caring doctor. Super friendly office staff. I highly recommend Dr Pappou and didn’t feel brushed off by him at all.

They always give excellent service. I had 4 surgeries with doctor peppo. He makes sure everything was so right what my shoulders. Then I had trigger figures and they are working so well. I never thought I would have them not locked up again. Now we're taking care of my left wrist. Thank you for all the service. The girls on the front desk are so sweet and nice. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Pappou is efficient and thorough. He is a good listener. He explained the parts of my wrist that were causing me pain and weakness.

After a bad experience with another orthopedist, a friend advised me to go to Doctor Pappou. Truthfully, I was nervous as my prior experience at Morton Plant had been awful. I left the office of Doctor Pappou totally satisfied, reassured and hopeful. Doctor Pappou listened to my concerns, explained my situation clearly, took the time to listen to my questions and diagnosed/applied appropriate treatment. On top of everything, he is pleasant and approachable, qualities that seem to run rare these days among medical professionals… Sad but… His staff is equally kind and compassionate. A few days after my first visit, I thought I had aggravated the situation so I called Dr Papou’s office. I had an appointment for the very next day. My second visit went as well as the first one. I left the office reassured and serene. I am almost healed today. Feeling heard and cared for helps healing. Not only Doctor Pappou has a great medical knowledge in his specialty, he has great compassion and respect for his patients. There aren’t enough accolades for Doctor Pappou and his office in Palm Harbor.

I was warmly welcomed with a smile from Marielis. She was very polite and engaging. She explained they were already backed up. I asked how much and she thought about 45 min. Marielis made me feel comfortable and valued. She was spot on. When I got in I saw the PA Rochel (sp). She was very knowledgeable and thorough! I felt very comfortable with her analysis and plan. She left for a few minutes to speak with Dr Pappou and read an X-ray. When she returned she explained my options. My appointment was handled better than I expected and I highly endorse Dr Pappou’s team.

Over an hour wait in the lobby and it would have been more if I'd not gone to the front counter and said something. Regardless the receptionist was very nice and took care of the issue. The doctor and nurse were great. Haven't had that experience since I moved to Florida.

This was my first visit and I am extremely impressed with Dr. Pappou. He has a good manner and is very knowledgeable. The practice is friendly and efficient.

His injections find the exact place so my pain leaves in a couple hours. I’m so pleased for his expertise.
I have a repeat appointment for another one in 4 months but will cancel or delay until pain comes back.

Got there 15 minutes early and appt was a 1pm went right back got my shots and out the door was great.

Challenging case of flexor tenosynovitis with hospital delay so no surgery until next day. Now healed with almost full range of motion! Only 2 months out. Wonderful outcome from a great surgeon for a condition that might have resulted in loss of my finger if not worse.

I saw Dr. Pappou for trigger thumb in my left hand. My thumb was really bad! Dr. Pappou was very thorough, gave me all the time I needed, answered all the questions I had, explained in detail what he was going to do and why, and completely fixed my thumb. If you have a problem with your hand and/or wrist, I would definitely recommend him.

First visit with Dr Pappou and very impressed with his interaction with me and also his attention.

I recently underwent surgery to correct a condition called Dupuytrens Contracture on my left hand. Prior to surgery I could not put on a glove, use some hand tools or perform many other manual procedures. My case was somewhat severe and the delicate prosedure required anesthesia during outpatient surgery.
Thanks to the skill of Dr. Pappou and his entire team I am completely recovered and only using a night splint to train the fingers to remain in their proper orientation This will end soon. The recommended post operative care is important and is easy to follow. The staff at the Highway 19 location is terriffic in every way. Check-ins are easy, wait times minimal making for an easy visit each of the three times I had to make follow - up visits, my last one was today.
If anyone is looking for a specialist who can correct this condition corrected, I highly recommend Dr, Pappou at the Florida Orthopedic Institute.
