My husband and I drove to Ionie from Tampa, let me tell you it was nothing short of AMAZING! If I could rate Ionie 10 stars, I would. If you thought raw veganism was boring, think again! The food was fresh, light but filling and full of flavor! The presentation was beautiful. If you get the opportunity to visit Ionie, treat yourself! Make sure you put the actual address in your GPS, otherwise it will take you to their wellness center. Happy Eating!

I love this place sooo much! I came here to visit with my family from Dallas (They dont have any raw vegan places over there). The ambiance is so clean and crisp; immediately when you walk in you can smell the freshness of the raw meals! We tried the macaroni, pizza, a few cakes and zoodles. If I lived in Sarasota I'd be here every single day! Hoping to move close by in the near future

Oh my gosh! PHENOMENAL flavor! Ionie will be a regular night out for us now! My husband ordered the Falafel Gyro and I ordered the Special (pumpkin pancakes) …. Neither of us wanted to share! Space is inviting and staff is friendly! Soooo HaPpY we found this place!

I am vegan & only eat organic and this place is a one of a kind gem for both! They have herbs propagating on the tables, a garden you can see from the counter, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. This place will not disappoint you on its flavors, presentation, and health benefits!

I have the Gyro Falafel every time, because I dream of it. It’s delicious, filling, but you don’t feel stuffed and NO digestive issues…
The staff are incredibly friendly, Ann’s knowledgeable, and Ionie is a gem.

This place is beautiful and inviting; you leave feeling like you had a tummy spa day.

WOW. I’ve came here for their strawberry “cheesecake” because it’s amazing. But today was my first time eating lunch here. Im not a vegan or vegetarian but this cafe might turn me into one lolz! The food was delectable. You Must Try!

The food was amazing! I highly recommend the Tostada, the Pancakes, and the falafel gyro! The fall pumpkin pancakes were so good we ordered two. The ambience is really bright and the tiny garden is beautiful. The owner is really kind and the staff was really patient. For those that are raw vegan and have been looking for a place to eat, I highly recommend this place!

We came in late with a big group, 15. The orders took a few minutes but everything was handled well. Employees/owners super friendly, liked.

First time here! My husband is vegetarian … he love food and my son love cheesecake. The owner is very nice you can feel everything here come from her heart.we will go again

Very happy to say that I found an exceptional restaurant today here in Sarasota, Ionie Living Food & Tonics on 1st st, My girlfriend and I had an incredible lunch there today and Ionie is a real sweetheart!

I LOVE this place so much. The food is delicious, the portions are decent & you can even taste the quality of the food itself! I have yet to try something I didn’t like here and I am not vegan, I just sincerely love their recipes! I can honestly say when I eat here I feel better all around & it’s incredible the power of food as fuel! So thankful for this place & their wonderful food& drinks! HIGHLY recommend!

We drove an hour from Tampa to try this restaurant, and it was absolutely worth the drive. We got the Thai noodles- WOW! We got the Taco Salad-WOW! For dessert we got the brownie and the blueberry lemon basil cheesecake-WOW! Everything was divinely delicious and the service was very warm and friendly. We enjoyed our meal so much we got the Italian pizza to go, and WOW! We also got the strawberry cheesecake to go, and WOW! Highly recommended for high quality raw vegan food. We also will be driving back to try more dishes

BEST VEGAN FOOD IN SARASOTA! Amazing! If your thinking of coming, you won’t be disappointed! The raw vegan dishes are like works of art! Its so fascinating how Ionie takes all the ingredients and blends them together in a delicious dish!

Ionie's is the best raw vegan restaurant in Sarasota. This place has only gotten better over the years and the new location across from Whole Foods is intimate yet spacious and the food is always fresh. The staff, including Ionie, gets up often just after midnight to begin their spectacular food prep. I believe I photographed almost everything on the menu, but you can't go wrong no matter what did you choose. As a vegan cookbook author who has had the great fortune of a publisher paying for my meals on book tour all over the US and Canada, I've had many recipes to taste, and these are some of the best imho.

Ionie’s is a lovely conscious progressive restaurant. The food is delicious and healthy. We are very lucky to have Ionie’s in Sarasota.

Bright cheery place! Fabulous raw vegan food even non vegans will love! Service was exceptional. You can tell a lot of love goes into all preparations.
