Adam is one of the brightest people i know, a true computer genius. He set up my medical office and runs all my computer systems and securities. Thats now the most critical aspect of medicine especially with HIPPA compliance. Now I don't worry about any computer system issues and have been able to save a lot of money by running a server in my office vs the cloud. We contracted IP Subnet Zero, to coordinate interconnectivity between our main office in the states and our remote office in the Caribbean. IP Subnet Zero went above and beyond to ascertain that not only our equipment was configured correctly but also troubleshoot my local ISP to determine best connectivity.

I have been coming to IP Subnet Zero Solutions for years for a variety of things such as networking (personal and business) computer issues and data encryption and a good review is a way overdue at this point.  

Adam (Owner) has always been very helpful and prompt!  This time I had to finally get to the review I have been meaning to post forever because he really went above and beyond!  This man an eye for quality and a standard for excellence that I can tell he aims for mastery. Me on the other hand, I am notorious for having slack tendencies with my computer maintenance and had put off doing a backup of my data for long enough that when my computer crashed, I had a lot of imperative information that went with it.  Fortunately, he is a data recovery guru and was able to save near everything! It was not easy and I know that he put several hours trying different things to do a few formatting functions for me - informing me every step along the way and assuring that I was comfortable with whatever option I chose.  I'm not the most technically inclined, to say the least but they always to explain things in a way that I can generally grasp what the issue is and how they fix things.

Not the first time that IPS0 has come through for me, providing me with some ease in challenging situations.
